Upon our requested to clear the outstanding dues a mail was sent to mr. Deepak and we got the statement on 22 may 2018. The outstanding dues were rs. 292, 935.00 as of on 07/05/2018. Also there was another outstanding of penalty as on 07/05/2018 of rs. 33, 721. I discussed with mr. Deepak for the wavier of same and he assured me that presently we need to settle the same and then the same will be adjusted / refunded in future bills.

We have paid entire amount to emmar as per after taking confirmation from mr deepak till now rs. 33, 721 not refuned in our account multiple mail followup with mr manohar and deepak
