With reference to the subject cited above, i am raising a complain against your office at Sector 105, Mohali. I am an owner of a resident plot in Sector 104 (EMAAR). I went to this office for a service at 2.35 pm whence the guy at reception desk (a turbunator guy in security uniform) told me to wait for 45 minutes for dealing staff who have been gone to have Lunch. The LUNCH BREAK in office has been confirmed by your Customer Care Number[protected] to be held between 1pm-2pm but, i had to wait till 3.30pm when i have been called by the dealing staff via TICKET NO. H17 at COUNTER NO. 2.
In the meanwhile, when i was waiting for dealing staff, i raised this issue to the guy at reception and asked the contact number of any responsible person or reporting authority to report such kind of behavior. But the guy lacked in professionalism doesn't paid any heed to my repetitive requests.
Being a client of such a reputative organization, i do not expect such kind of behavior from your staff. Kindly look into the matter and provide the contact number of any reporting authority in such case or contact number of your assigned Public Relation Manager. Was this information helpful? |
