I have received call from one executive that, there is a special offer for you on the usage of your american express credit card. He shared information regarding the offers and ask me to pay inr8450 for these offers. Till that time, he never told me that he is not from american express, even he has the information regarding my full name. Once i was agreed to pay, he provided me the link to pay and on that time it was cleared that they are not from american express. I paid the amount, and once order received i was surprised because benefits received were different from the committed one. One more thing that was very unprofessional, once i paid the amount i have received a call from the logistics team that these benefits you will receive. If you are okay, we will process your order. I objected on that time that these benefits not matched with the benefits explained by executive. Then, i received a call again from executive that logistics team is not aware of regarding the offers and don't worry you will receive the offers explained earlier. After that i agreed to process the order. But after receiving the courier everything was clear. I am asking for the refund but there is no response from their support.
