my credit card already closed and already paid all payments and i called like 100 times last 2 month regards noc i need which is very urgent for me but no action still

what to do ?

this is card company or cooker company .. i can not understand ..
also card is already closed but they did't update on my cibil score .

very very bad company .. to all indian people .....

      I worked for American Express India for 3 years and 7 months from January 31, 2011 - September 12, 2014.

      I have been applying to get my Provident Fund (PF) from them. Each time, they robotically ask me to upload my applications and despite me submitting the form (I even get confirmation emails of submission each time), they keep saying they have not received my application and ask me re-upload my applications.       I was corporate credit card user of Amex then later Amex offered me personal credit card with no annual charges which i used for 2 yrs. After 2 yrs they charged me Rs 7500 as annual charges. As i have not spend any money i thought it would be error. After 1 month i was started getting reminder email to pay the amount. Later i found that it is renewal charges applied to my credit card. They have not even sent the single email on card expiration...

      This is in regards to my PF withdrawal form submission to the Company American Express India pvt ltd. I would like to bring this to your attention that i jave submitted the form on 20th Sept and i am not getting any response over it inspite of sending 2-3 reminder emails to the Pf dept of the company. I have raised this complaint as i am for a short trip in Delhi and wanted this resolved as soon as possible but unfortunately i am not getting any response.

          I have been chasing Ascent team for submitted application of PF withdrawal more then 70 days now. Despite of Amex accepting all my documents and given assurance that PF will be processed in 60 DAYS. Now its been 70 days from the date of accepting all my documents no one is responding to the emails ignoring all SLA's created by themselves. Working for so long with Amex was always carrying the reputation of working with employee oriented organisation so I would suggest maintaining that statement Amex should kindly look into the matter and streamline the same.

          Would appreciate if the concerned matter will be resolved as soon as possible.

            I got my corporate amex card 2.5 years back and along with that they sent one personal credit card as well. When i received that, i called them and asked them to block the card, they were like mam it’s free for one year and blah blah. I said no I don’t want to use it, please block it, which they dint.               It is more than 6 months I have closed my card and reason for closure was inappropriate late fees and finance charges that were under dispute. The company delayed a lot to reverse the charges and kept on applying late fees and finance charges on my card. I wrote multiple emails to them and sought revert but it was unanswered. Suddenly company is sending collection agents to my residence and asking for payment that is not due. I have explained and provided break up of payment made by me. This is not solved even after escalating it to Nodal officer.

                American Express India — Refund of my cancel ticket amount

                Air India Express is doing these kind of fraudulence in returning the amount after ticket cancellation..                 I cancelled my Amx Platinum Travel card and after some time, placed a request to reinstate. The executive told me it is possible with some charges and some executive will call me in 2 days. I never received any call.
                On my next call to check with them, they suggested me to wait for some time as new offers will be out soon and no point in paying the membership fee now on the same card reinstatement.

                I had called american express in september 2019 and followed the right set of procedure to cancel my card because i was not ok with the membership fee
                I was told to discard the card and the card has been disabled since october 2019.
