The 24 hour help provided by this agency was abusing and found beating my 2.5 years old daughter.
We kept her for 1 week only and fired immediately.
She didnt even had basic skills to handle the baby while in the very first call it was mentioned that she had taken care of 4 years old.
Agency, is not providing any refund or replacement now after so many msgs and calls. They give you the best maid for the 1st 6 days and then once the refund window is closed they call her back and tell you to consider other replacements who are either amateurs or very expensive.
