We have hire this agency for the part time maid, and they have not provided the maid rather we have agreed on 8K per month now they are asking will not provide at 8K now they are asking 12K per month Also not providing any maid. We hired a help from the agency. The maid only worked for a month and left. The agency took a heavy commission and we even got the maid vaccinated for INR 2400, over and above the commission.
The agency is a total fraud their owners Lokesh and Ashu are cheats who just Harass their customers and have stopped taking our calls and not giving us a replacement or refund.
The brother and sister duo are con artist and all the positive reviews on google are fake written by their employees, as informed by one of the person working their.

I have deposited advance money of 5K and at the time of committing the service, no one is picking up the phone and nor any person comes for the day per scheduled day & time.

This is really pathetic service so far.

I have all proofs regarding advance money paid and also what type of services they offered....

We did a contract for house hold maid and after taking money 5000inr they shared one person number who refused to work as she was asking more money then we had in contract. Maid shared that company itself is a cheat company who shared 3-4 requesters number with maid and asked to talk directly.
Company person Akash stopped picking up the phone.

Need refund of the services.

I got contacted by a executive (aakash garg-[protected]) from embord after i made an enquiry on just dial, he assured me of providing a maid for household work and fixed up my meeting. On 18/2/2021 one other executive came in ravinder with the girl and we agreed on a salary and total consultancy fee of 12, 000/-. They asked me to pay full amount in advance to which i said i will pay only 50% now and 50% after the maid joins to which they agreed. I transferred 6000/- rs to lokesh ([protected]) via paytm. After that we they left and said maid will join from 21st, since then no one had turn up, that girl named damnee (adhar number[protected]/ mobile number- [protected]) said cant come and speak to aakash, i have been calling these aakash, ravinder, damnee no one is responding to calls even companies landline number is not responded by anyone. I have been cheated by these people and i m sure they are doing the same with other people as well.

They are not providing services. THEY R FRAUD THEY TOOK OUR MONEY.

This is a fake and fraud company
They guarantee to provide the maid but now they took an advance of 10, 000 ruppees and did not provide any service yet

Enbord services named company is providing house maid and post delivery care housemaid which i saw on google by just dial and then i hired one for my self by talking to them on call and what’s app. Company did a 3 months contract for sending a house maid at my place in 5k as per their contract charges and 6k per month for the house maid monthly salary. Then an executive came at my place to get the contract signed and take payment so that they could process the contract further. They took advance payment from me and now i’m waiting past many days but no one neither answers my calls and nor any house maid came after grabbing money from me. I now myself feel cheated after checking many reviews of same kind online by many people on their website.

I got the number of embord services india pvt ltd. From justdial. I have made payment to embord services india pvt ltd on 14 may, 2019 via cheque for hiring a maid. They guarantee to provide a maid within 72 hours otherwise the payment would be refunded. It is more than 15 days but i havent received any service or my refund. No one is picking up the call. I have also filed a compaint through justdial but no action has been taken by them.
