1. Please refer to your letter No: 14545167/SR/T-10/NE-1 dated 09th Nov 2018 .
2. Corrections of my family detals still not done by pcda Allhabad . I lodged a complaint to PCDA and they replied that they did not received revised LPC-Cum-Data sheet along with supported documents to make amendments in my PPO.
3. Hence I request please take necessary action in this matter as soon as possible. Thanking you.
