I no.7118626W Ex.CFN VANSH GOPAL GUPTA requested that I did'nt get my disability pension since 07/03/1979. Now after a long proses I got a news that
my it is resolved by PCDA PRAYAGRAJ on 08 Mar. 2022. And the documents sent this records for Corr. PPO.
So it is humble request to take action to issue the Corr.ppo as soon as possible.

I'm JC 768004F Ex-SUB(H) Saheb Lal Prasad.
I had applied for correction of my wife's D.O.B and surname in my official documents 2 years ago with Reference no Zskk/III/8/W/15/2019/385 dated 15 Oct 2019.
Still there are 2 documents that have not been corrected:
1) Extended Army Group Insurance certificate
2) PPO no S/30780/2015

Please note wife's D.O.B and surname already changed vide Pt II Order No and date 1/5337/0050/19 in 3 documents but remaining in above mentioned 2 documents.

Please note, I have already sent an email application for same in 2020 and then again in 2021. I have emailed more than 20 times but received no appropriate response and details have not been corrected.

Kindly help me with it.

1. On scutiny of MPS for the month of Feb 2021 the fwg unaccepted pay and allces are debited.
(a) An amount of Rs 1, 56, 882/- has been deducted showing Description ATCORR.
(b) An amount of Rs 35, 105/- has been deducted showing Description OPTCPC.
(c) X Gp pay has been decreased from Rs 6200/- pm to Rs 3200/-pm without showing any reason.
2. Appx A to 32/80 has been fwd to EME Records & PAO(OR)EME vide 619 EME Bn letter No 50501/EME dt 05 Apr 21.
3. You are requested to settle the obsn and credited the amount in my IRLA at the eatliest pl.
