It is sad to approach for a favour since respective branch / section has not verification/response/document from record office in the online application form for echs card even after 6months. Sir I no.14596088H Ex NK/VM(MV) Vinod Kumar niranjan an apply for 64kb Echs smart card on 02 may2018 with machine no.[protected] but it not verfy till date by record office. So I requested to verify my application because I suffering high blood pressure.i collect the medicine further in my perent policlinic.
