I (Mrs raja rani sharma w/o late sub. Ajodhia parkash sharma jc 28387) have have applied for new echs smart card vide registration number [protected].
Today while enquiring from co echs i have been informed that it has not been verified from your end (Eme records).
Kindly expedite the verification process to enable me get this new smart cards at the earliest.

I jc-97800A Sub maj C. K. S registered for E C H S card vide read No [protected] on 12 Apr 2018 but Records verification not yet done vailidcity of old card is expiring on 31 Dec 2018 please expedite .Why not done so Reasons is still not known Treat urgent
