I, No 7104577 Ex Sep Pushpangadan A K had applied for ECHS vide Application No [protected] on 27 april 2018. The application was downloaded by EME Records on 31 Dec 2018 and rejected by on the same day as per the web site of the ECHS.
No reason has been assigned for the rejection by the Records.
I have rechecked my application and found that it is absolutely in order and conforms to my personal details as endorsed in my service records including PPO. However I have re-edited and resubmitted the same.
Kindly do the needful to process the same and submit the verification to the ECHS authorities on priority as my dependant ECHS polyclinic is pressing hard for submission of the New Card, as per the orders. Was this information helpful? |

I ex JC 765393F Hony Sub Maj Ishwer Dhandr applied for ECHS card on Mar 2018 and applications download by EME Record on 16 Oct 2018 fo verification but EcHS card application yet not verified by Record nor ECHS card yer received. Therefore you are requested to verify the Echs application at the earliest and fwd echs card at earliest.
