Emerald Honda — Rto passing related issue

I have bought Activa 3G from Emerald Honda, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad. I constantly did follow up for my RTO passing issue, but it is not yet solved from their end. Service is very poor and pathetic. I need solution from this matter on quick basis as they are considering this matter very lightly, but i am very harrased due to this issue. I allowed them so much time for resolving this matter but didnt get any damn response from their side. I also didnt get my insurance copy inspite of several reminders to them. I dont know why this kind of issues are raised only in Emerald Honda dealership, because before buying this vehicle i bought another vehicle from another dealership and at there i got my insurance copy, service book, invoice copy and RTO passing done on the very next day. I also gave enough time to them for resolving my matter but there is not even a single response from their side.

I request to kindly consider this matter as urgent and resolve on urgent basis
