EMI Bazaar — Delivery of product #[protected]

I have ordered "Glen 2-Jar Juicer Mixer - GL4013" with order number #[protected]. When ordered they said it will take 7- 10 working days, after 1 weeks when called them it was amazed to hear that it will take 5-7 working days for dispatch itself. After 2 weeks i called them again and heard the same response. After 3 weeks today again i called them and now they are saying it will take 3-5 working days for dispatch. And i was very much frustrated and asked for cancellation of product the response for this is even great they are saying it would take at least 45 days to get my money back and got a free advise to continue with product instead of cancellation. I don't know what this company is? Is this some fake company which collects money and do nothing ?. Can you please take my complaint and resolve this issue asap.
