            Hi! This is ganesh. We order the mobile phone on emi bazzer.com as on emi methods call acquirers call me and he asked me downpayment 3000/-rupess. I will pay the amount by phonepay which he was given the upi id. And after he call me my product will definitely on 29th april but i didn't received my product and the call acquirers will not respond my call. Pls take action against them and pls sent back my money.

            I have ordered Nokia 5.1 and also make advance down payment as demanded by the customer care service. She has given me assurance that on 24th my product will be delivered. But After several call from my side on customer service number she is not responding.

                  As iam looking for a mobile in emi, i have visited emi bazaar site and i have enrolled for iphone xs mobile cost of 1lack18 thousand. And i have got a call from emi bazaar on 5th aprial 2019 as per there instructions they said to pay 1month advance emi ie 5000 and i have done payment through my google pay transaction id is upi transaction[protected] and its for the number [protected] named tasleem khan ([protected]@okhdfcbank) to anuj srivastav. After a week i have track my order is showing application got rejected due to low cbil score. Every day iam calling executive deepak his mobile number :[protected], after the payment he never received my call and even i have sending mails also but i didn't received any reply from emi bazaar.

                      As iam looking for a mobile in emi, i have visited emi bazaar site and i have enrolled honor 9lyt mobile coast of 14999. And i have got a call from emi bazaar on 19th oct 2018 as per there instructions they said to pay 2months advance emi ie 2100 for 2emis and i have done payment through my axis bank debit card. After a week i have track my order #5730 it showing application got rejected due to low cbil score. Every day iam calling executive rahul his mobile number :[protected], after the payment he never received my call and even i have sending mails also but i didn't received any reply from emi bazaar.

In payment option .seeen that this messege One time password cannot be generated due to requirement of a fresh NACH (ECS) Mandate. Visit the nearest branch for submission of the NACH mandate.

                                I have ordered philips portable DVD player on 27th july 2016 and made a full payment through credit card. My order no. is[protected]. No tracking information was available after several days so i called customer care, but no one responded. After trying many times, once the customer care picked phone and said that the product is not in stock. So after 10 days i requested cancellation. They said that there is "15 days money back policy" and the amount will be refunded within 15 days. Now still after many days the amount is not credited back and they are not providing any detail. They do not pick up my phone and every time i have to dial through a new number then they pick.

                                    I had placed samsung j7 2016 edition through bajaj emi card on[protected] at 12.00pm.. Order no : rc 00029040

                                    The order payment had done successfully.. After that i cant see any order confimation from emi bazaar.. I cant get any mail
                                    From yours.. I had tried your toll free number.. But nobody had responded...
                                    After i had tried many times, i got the customer care people. They told we had got the order, but we dont have transaction details, dont know about the delivery period,, so i had told pl cancel the order and send the order cancellation confirmation mail.. Then they are accepted my request and we are cancel the order... After few days i cant get any mail from emibazaar.com.

                                    Then i called that people on[protected], then i asked the order cancellation status., on that time they time, they are told the your — order already dispatched and it will arrive you on[protected] or[protected].. Why you are sending the mobile, because you had already informed me on last week that your order is cancelled. Then they are told we had lot face the lots of formalities about cancellation so we had dispatched. Now no problem, please dont accept the parcel and return the parcel we will proceed the cancellation.. Then i asking consignment no but they are told we dont have a courier details, we had only delivery time only. So please wait another 2 days..
                                    I dont have any option about the issue so i was waited for another two days for courier call. But i cant get any call from courier people and emibazaar. After 2 days i had called with emi bazaar customer care, they are told, your courier already returned to us. We had initiated refund progress. So dont call me... Please call to bajaj finserv customer people...

                                    Then i had called the bajaj finserv people, they are told still we cant get any cancellation request from emi bazaar. So please call emibzaar to raise the cancellation request...

                                    Still i cant understand what happened?
                                    Emi bazaar peoples are total fraud...

                                    Kindly verify the same. Please refund my amount..

                                    Atleast i want to know my order cancellation details from emibazaar.com

                                    Still i cant any single mail from this fraud people...
