I made on an order on 12th FEB 2015 through online payment and made an full payment of PROTONER WEIGHT LIFTING PACKAGE.. The company said my payment was not received for till 16th FEB and my order hasn't been even dispatched till date 11th march 2015. been a month since payment was made. pathetic customer service from so CALLED MANAGERS of the company. I m planning to lodge a complaint and walk in straight to their retail office in CHENNAI - AASAN RETAIL PRIVATE LIMITED. PATHETIC. PLZ BEWARE
