EMI Bazaar — Order not delivered

I had placed an order for a black and decker tool kit on the 12th may 2015, however it was never delivered although the EMI was deducted from my account . In the first week of July I received a call asking me if the tool kit should be sent and I asked them to cancel the order however now 2 EMI are deducted from my account. Please cancel the order at the earliest
