EMI Bazaar — Struggling to get my my money back from emi bazaar (Order no.[protected]

I ordered Lava Selfi XI ON 23rd of October 2015. I paid full payment through my credit card. After that I cancelled the order today Is 4th December 2015 but struggling to get my money back. As company mentioned 15 days money back guarantee. I call on customer care number several but nobody response gives response to it. So I suggest everyone never purchased a product from this site.
