Eminet infotech is fraud company cheating inocent peoples, 1st they give mislead information that add get posted in 2 mnts and daily u can post 300 adds, but in practicle they give us website data which is not useful 90% websites are not working, u just waste your time in searching each website and under the fraud link they terminate your contract which is not at all discuss during the initial stage before signing the contract, due to human error in copy link they total reject your work, didnt give any payment and block the account, they just cheat the peoples and not taking the calls, peoples be aware before taking any work from that big cheater Rohit...for further information call on [protected] and please dont come in their trap they just cheat you and you may loose your hard earned money...

I am looking to start BPO and came across this post for Rohit Rathore. Is he fraud? charlie12, sanjaypatil54, rpgoswami, Wasim1q; why don't you people made any FIR against him? (And if you did please share FIR details here in this post.) If he is a fraud then should not he be behind bars for some time atleast? Please come forward and register FIR against him so that all o[censored]s get confirmation that he is a cheater and what you all are saying is true. His business is still up and running, only have you people for complaints online only but no legal action done against him yet. So as you had lots of concern for us, please do something in this regard or delete this post if you are not saying truth. So that we won't get misdirection from you. Thanks.

My brother was interviewed in Eminent Infotech and they have given him the offer letter saying that he has been placed and his training will start on Sunday and he needs to pay 1000/- as a placement fee which is 50% refundable after two months.
Surprisingly, there was no formal interview done. One girl named Sakshi took his interview just for 10 min and next day, gave him an offer letter.

They said, they work for Paytm, Amazon, Flipkart and the role is to collect their documents. Now I doubt, which documents they have to collect?

Please help, if it's authentic.

I too recieved a mail regarding business transcription. They give work and after you complete it, they don't respond to your calls.

They call at their desired time and don't give much details about work. All they do is call up and assign work and they don't give any details about anything much. They dont even send contract papers or appointment letters.

I have been told to work today(02/04/12) but when I am calling them, there is absolutely no response.

He has cheated all the employees in the company to the tune of a few lakhs, closed down the company and has started his own construction business. All the inhouse employees as well as home based employees were made to work for many months on the promise of clearing dues by Sunil Kumar, who is the MD, and his father, Basavaraj, who is the Chairman. They disappeared with all the hard earned money of the employees to start their other business closing down the allegedly registered office at RT Nagar.

Yes, I also got cheated by them and didn't get paid on Upwork platform (formerly oDesk) around beginning of this year, so they are still active I guess. Previous name of their company is PrimeTranz agency, so freelancers be aware and don't accept Skype interviews with any of them. Sunil Kumar is a fraud!

Yes, he's not paying me too. Initially when it was below 5000 rupees he used to pay. And now when there was a quarter, he had to pay me more than 35, 000 rupees, he's not paying stating the client is not paying him. He's a fraud and a criminal.

He is not a fraud neither a criminal, but he's a human and humans make's errors. Sunil Kumar is a soft spoken and a brilliant person. He is a human not an animal. He was sincere with me and I've been working with him for two years long. He has never made an error. I never asked him for a contract or any documents from his side. But he was sincere. You should know that the Client is foreign and they've bank clearances to make and there'd be a slight delay and if the files are not made and typed down correctly, the client will not pay him. So, please observe caution in your work. I'm an editor of his and I know his work is very crucial that we don't make mistakes or he would not get paid. If Mr. Sunil Kumar is not paid by the clients, he cant give you any money. Please value "Your" work and maintain discipline. If the client rejects all work even if it's for 5 lakhs Indian Rupees, and if the client doesn't pay him, . how is he going to pay you. He has a family and his family has to survive, how will he pay the team if the client doesn't pay him in time or at all ? Please don't kill him, I don't want Sunil Kumar dead. I want him to live and prosper and his company will give the workers the money which he gets. Please don't hurt Mr. Sunil Kumar. He is very decent. And his father is a senior citizen. YOU have to be a human to understand human restraints. Please change the above feedbacks and be part of the humane society. Thanks.

Yes, I was the editor there for 3 years. I guess he's okay because he doesn't talk much. And doesn't pay in time exactly. And I worked for him for the 3 years all in all he must have give me about a 1 lakh rupees or around that totally. GT work is very bad. BT the files that I did most were okay. But the BT comes once in 3 months and lasts about a 20 days. And one'd get a 40, 000 to 45, 000 totally in that period of 20 days. He doesn't pay in time though I explain that my ends don't meet and when I ask for a salary he would do that. He says he pays salary to in-house workers only. He doesn't send the contract or any form of such. Pays every fortnight he says, but wouldn't, misses a few days and makes part payment. I couldn't put my kid in school for one year because of this method he does. And he'd say when he talks absurd things back. He claims he's a electronics engineer but I do really think he's a culprit, he doesn't seem to be one.

He doesn't have any class and hides like a criminal. I suspect quite a lot about him. As he wouldn't send any Identity card that I keep on asking him as during the night is the work and I have to go out for food and I have to show Identification to the police at night. He's very irresponsible, usually I get the pay from him stating I'd go to the court and the police. I've given cyber complaints and withdrawn them officially as he paid when I said to him that I complained to the police.

I have been working for 25 years in this section of work on a daily count even at MNC's. He's not good I think. No pay much. And for one hour GT worst files ear will bust, he pays about a 1000 rupees and we become irritated with it. And he's quite not good. Occasionally he gets good files from some clients. He's not that apt because he's not bothered about the employee. And he tells lies to me all the while. He's a liar, a chronic bachelor and we become upset working with him. He's okay, but I don't think anyone can survive with a Boss as such.

He's not fit to run a company. I suspect he could be very terrible like a terrorist as he's totally vague in what I explained. He's not up to the mark. Doesn't know English much and seems uneducated and not like a Boss whom really is apt for such a situation as running a company and looking after employees.

As I said, in 3 years altogether being an experienced editor, he gave me about a 1 or a 1.5 lakhs in between such pay. I just stuck with him, as he paid me 45, 000 twice in all these years. Well, I needed medication for my illness so hung around online. I got his Internet Protocol ID with me as I insisted to get his some sort of identification without him noticing, it was his FTP. And his email and telephone number too I have. His bank account number too.

I could run a better company for you. I don't want any money from you rather you allow me a 2000 rupees as compensation from your total pay. I guess you'd get next to 1 lakh per month from me. Or if you could do 40 pages a night in GT, itself I if I really run a company, I can get you a 1 lakh and above in rupees. BT for 10 pages a night, I can get you next to a 2 lakhs per month if I don't steal from you. I don't need your money, so I wont steal from you. I'm your brother.

I don't require anybody's money unlike Sunil. I have been counting in lakhs from a kid of seven I were from our estates. I am in India, at Trivandrum, next to Medical College. We are land lords, had two sisters, Paid them more than 100 crores each as dowry. Even though I'm a nut and don't have money. See, the elephant doesn't go inside a cattle shed. I don't require anybody's money. If you want you find me, If I per chance open a company, Your family will smile and be protected by Saraswati Devi through me. If you don't believe me you can go. I'd pay you 1 lakh to 2.5 lakhs per month. And I'd surely take 2000 rupees per person per month as a compensation as I'll be orienting everything. I don't need your any heck, man.

One thing is he sacked me yesterday for my constant plea for more money. And I guess it's my fault that I need to understand that people have limitations. At least he gave me a 1.5 lakhs and for the work he gave me. He's a chronic bachelor, I like him. I asked him in the name of Saraswati Devi, and he might give me my job back. With his money he'd give me my medications, for me and my mental wife, we both are mental.

He sustains our home. And my kid little kid can be supported by my mother. That's what we all do, right. Maybe you shouldn't kill him and he's a human too. I am an editor with 25 years experience and I know their files, and if the files are bad, the client wont pay up. And Mr. Sunil gets into trouble.

Lots of companies I've worked with. You might not understand, they never paid me more than a 8000 rupees for decades. Mr. Sunil, gave me and supported me with medication, but never talks to me when I ask him questions, and this OP that posted that he cheated made me think Mr. Sunil is bad. I really like Mr. Sunil.

Here in Trivandrum, Kerala, I was in a team doing the same job and one fellow an editor killed six people and is in the jail. See the ones who does this job would be mostly dropouts from college and literally unliked by their home. And they fight for everything and dangerous people also.

I completely disagree with this complaint.
I am also working for the same process from flying talk. I have 10 seats in Jaipur.
My first payment was below expectation by next payment was Rs.83, 000/- and 3rd payment was Rs.1, 07, 640/-
My fortnight payment is going 1 lac average.Now I am running 10 seats of Facebook ID creation from Flying Talk.
I am getting weekly payment of 30, 000/- fixed for 3 seats.
I have seen the copy of FIR reports launched by a girl working in Flying Talk who was misbehaved by Mr. Vikram Taneja owner of ONE ROOF CUSTOMER CARE.
I think this complaint by Mr. Vikram Taneja who used to misbehave with the girls working in Flying Talk, there fore your project was stopped.
I will not say anything about Delhi BPO beccause number of frauds have been made by Delhibpo.This company(Delhi BPO) is world famous fraud company.
Even I have recieved a call from HDFC, they have given me an oppurtunity to be Development manager in HDFC.
You guys are most welcome to see my setup in Jaipur.

This is to inform that these outsourcing companies like DelhiBPO and Flying Talk (Mr Rohit Kumar)are cheats, I have all the proof that these guyz take money to offer Projects (BPO/KPOS), also gives advance cheques as prooves that they are not cheat .
But at the end they Harrase you to stop working on the projects and your initial token money that you have paid them will never be returned .
