I signed up for it thinking there was no registration fee. They took my details and a signature before they sent the agreement to read. They used my e-sign on their document later and sent me the agreement. And it’s not possible that all of the work is wrong. Such a fraudulent company....

I blame myself for signing to work with company. I signed the agreement without reading it properly. I started the typing work then I felt there is something wrong. I felt like this is fake or illegal work because it was related everything to people outside India. Foreigners name, dob, personal details, bank details etc. I stopped the typing work immediately and informed them that I can't work for the company. That's when all the drama started. They started to blame me, threatened me that they will take legal action against me if I don't pay the penalty which is ₹9499. This happened today only (27.08.2020). I shared this with my friends also and they supported me and said that not to pay any amount. One by one everything was getting clear that this is scam. I don't know what to do now. I'm nervous but I am not going to pay a single rupee to them.

I haven't started my work, under this company. But i have gone through every single web pages stating that this company is a fraudulent company. I have gone through the same process till date. The company's email address is care.[protected]@gmail.com and the mobile number is: [protected]. Please beware. My data of joining is august 25th and i have sent the email regarding my resignation on 24th of august. Please make sure that this scammer is taken down. At this corona situation these are too vulnerable for the per capita income for an individual. So Please take necessary steps to take down this company. I have attached the email copy sent to the company on august 24th regarding my resignation.

Due to lockdown looking wir some work from home.. Saw prime infotech in naukri with no registration fee. While registering they made me sign on an digital agreement which wasn’t opening before signing it and once sign the agreement opened saw about the 6999 rs scam and i tried to cancel it and unregister no option. The customer care people not receiving the call. One lady called me to complete the assignment and i denied, she started threatening...

Hello, I was searching for a work from home in lockdown to earn some money but I couldn't find and one day suddenly a message come from Prime Infotech and I see about the company details which they send to me and then I apply for the post. After 3 days they call me how should I work on digitaldatalink then I started working on that and fill all the 500 forms within 4 days and now I get an message from their team that only 1 form is correct and all others forms are wrong. And they are asking for money 9499rs. what should I do.

On 11/08/2020 - i have mistakenly registered in a website "digitaldatalink.com". Company name is prime infotech freelancing. They promised me to provide work from home job by online form filling with salary ₹12500.
They also said no registration fee so i registered my account in their site. They also made me to sign an agreement that if i don't do the job with accuracy then they will file a complaint against me on court and impose fine ₹6999.
Now their lawyer is threatning me to pay the fine a i didn't complete their work.

1 - they give such hard work 500 forms in 5 days. Per form 25 rupees which impossible to complete even if someone completes it then they will deliberately find mistakes and make user pay the fine amount. Their goal is to anyhow make people pay the fine even if they complete work with 100% accuracy.

Hi, i registered on prime infotech as a data entry operator thinking they do not charge anything. Today they sent me a legal notice on email and i spoke to them and tried to debate that its really not possible that i made so many mistakes on my form. Its your software so you might have changed it because what i noticed was even after submitting the work - i can still edit until the report was generated. Totally scam and now they are asking for money and approx 10k rupees. Kindly help

2 - agreement - they use agreement to deceive people and make them fall into their traps. When we ask why do we have to sign an agreement then reply that "it is an mutual agreement for both company and users. It is both safety of company and safety o[censored]sers salary." but instead this used only company for trapping purpose.

3 - no registration fee - they even say that "company (Prime infotech) - pays clients for your job this is the reason why we don't ask any registration fee from our users." but instead they very well know about the traps of scamming people they know that asking for registration fee is an old style and people nowadays are very clever to save themselves. So they introduce their scam very strategically.

3 - they threaten with law and send emails - i have attached the png image of email.
Please make the payment of rs 9499/- till today 7:00 pm and please provide the screenshot of successful payment on this email id. On the basis of that we will proceed for account activation / provide you n. O. C. Letter.
Penalty charge:- 6999
Service fee:- 2500
Total amount:- 9499/-

I would request to please save us from these kind fraudsters. People help me in a situation of lockdown (17/08/2020) living jobless have very high requirement of money so they try to find genuine jobs online but these scammers make them fall into their traps. I'm facing difficulties in daily life how can i afford pay their fine imposed upon me.

They are complete frauds. I also signed their contract. I don't know what 2 do. They are sending emails and threatening calls. Can anyone give suggestions and take actions in this regard.

It's totally a fraud company asking money

Hi I'm Virender Singh from karnal student of Kurukshetra university. I need a part time job so a site pop up accidentally during searching the job on Naukri.com portal. I registered myself then on Prime Infotech. They offered that if you completed 500 forms within 5days with 90% accuracy they give me 12500INR but they trap me in a legal scam I gave my best to completed form with accuracy on time but they show me only 47% accuracy then they say according to agreement I will pay 6999INR as penalty + 2500INR as service charges for ID deactivation . I don't want to involve in any legal issue because I'm a student it's affectting my study. So I gave them 9499INR & looted by them I thought it is genuine Company but it's not Now I can't do nothing against them. They looted another student like my.

I too apply in prime info tech. Due to some situation i just register and didn't start any work in that. After 2 days they send mail for me for legal action is going to take and pay rs.9499. If you too got this mail on or after working just ignore them. They all are scam and not original documents. We can see in attested it was mention delhi and also mention gujarat. Their target is college students and innocent people. Don"t be afraid and don't pay them single money. Just ignore.

First of all thank you so much to all, because I also get trapped in this scam ... Few weeks back i got a mail from that company to register and login and i did, i started my work then for some issues i have to keep my work on hold, and after few days i got a mail regarding mistakes I have done in the form, but they didn't told me before that, Now today I got a mail regarding legal process and got a call from their so called Legal Team, they are telling me to pay rs9499, or they will see me in a Gujrat Court.
Please suggest me something.

Is a fraud company making fool to innocent peoples who are searching for job or poor people who want some money to survive. Please guys don’t get into this, this is all fake and please report to cyber crime panel. They don’t know about common people’s power. I applied for work from home job posted on naukri.com of prime infotech. I registered with them and was to start my work from 25th may, but the day before that i landed up in a family emergency and was not in condition to work so i did sent a mail to prime infotech requesting to terminate my agreement then too they sent me a notice 5 days later asking to pay penalty fees. Why the hell should i pay them when i dint even started to work for them... Prime infotech kindly stop fooling and looting the needy people. Request to kindly take action against them.

I was searching a home based job and saw their advertisement in naukri.com. At first i was very happy to see that i have not to invest anything to get this job so i contacted with them. After asking so many things i was agreed.. Then an agreement was sent to me for my signature and the date by when i will be able to start their work. I have signed that without checking properly and it was my big mistake. Actually i was sure that they have cleared everything before sending the agreement. But actually they have skipped one thing very cleverly that if my accuracy is bellow 90% then i have to pay 7000 as penalty. I was came to know when i got a confirmation call from them. I was too much confused after listening this and decided not to work here. So i sent a message to them that not to send workload as i do not want to do this job. Today i received a legal notice where they have charged approx 10k for not completing their work. How is this possible. I have not started any work so why should i make payment. I have also read the reviews of other candidates and they have faced same like me.. They takes money from needy people. Government should take proper action against this kind of cheater complanies...

This company had approached me directly, sounding as if i had submitted my resume to them. I had registered for work at home, copy paste job. They had send me some otp and links which also required my e-sign. I suddenly was whatsapped a pdf file with my e-sign attached, even before completely agreeing to their terms. I called in the representative and asked them the details and was informed that i would be paid 25 rs per sheet and would be charged 6999 for inaccuracies. I understood that they are fraud and asked for their website, also i refused to work for them. Today they have sent an email, stating that i have not completed their work and i have to pay 6999+2999 for failing to keep my agreement. I have lodged a report against them. Also i am posting this here so people can be made aware of what kind of fraud they are.
