[Resolved]  Emirates — refund fraud

I had booked flight tickets from emirates for brazil. Thats two ways from mumbai to rio de janeiro (Brazil)
And return from rio de janeiro (Brazil) to mumbai. And because of the pandemic they had cancelled my tickets and i had to reschedule it again and again because they had cancelled it more than 5 times. And at last i had to cancel my tickets because there was no finialized dates for my flight tickets and as per their rules and regulations they refund the full amount with 2 weeks thats within 14 days, so i had and have called them regarding my refund. Each time there is a different explainations they had informed me when i had called that it takes 14days maximum for the refund and because of this pandemic it might take within 90 days so i had called today again to confirm because it's more than 14 days already and they are explaining now it will take more than 90 days. After 90 days i will receive my money so there is no confirmed dates? So now i feel like a fool because they are using my money and not refunding it soon. And i'm in need of my money as soon as possible. But looks like they don't care and only excuses.
