Dear Sir Late Smt. Kaushalya was an employee of the reputed Institute at Pilani, and she was expired on 15 November 2019, after his death, the pension did not start to her husband Mr. Jagdish who is 62 years old and he is handicapped (Right Leg Steel Rod fit). Her EPF account number is RJ50602705. She expired on duty because she was suffering from MND disease. Her pension has not started to date and also has not gotten the insurance claimed amount.
