Employement card done 1 year ago but still didnt recieve one notification also and post also didnt recieve

I have done the employment registration in the year of 2016 in chennai santhome . To renewal the time has elapsed, Now the TN government has announced that the renewal can be resumed from the year 2017 . Registration number CHD2016M00009275 . Please do the needful at earliest

I got called from the employement india. and that person said to me we have lots of vaccancy in all kind of oragnisation so i told me i am looking for the job in only bank and i am looking a in my city only . so he said to me we have job at HDFC bank in your city and your salary pacakge will 840000 annum. and we will select your in our internal process but for this you need to pay a registration amount of 25000rs. after paid this amount our relation ship manager called Tanvi Mehra will come to your place for document verification. if you pay this amount today our relationship manager will come to your home tomorrow(first he said Tanvi Mehra working in your city than he changed statement and said Tanvi Mehra is in our office hydrabad. So i asked him what kind of transportation she will use to come to the my city. because of pandemic railways not started yet from your route to my route and about the flight also not availble from Hydrabad to my city. than he angrly said to me i dont know which transportation she will use. I asked detail information about the HDFC bank job and branch so he didnt give me the appropriate answer. so i understood this is a fraud job call.

As per the telephonic commitment the payment was done by me and was committed to be reimbursed within 3 working days, but till date no payment is done, also I have written so many times to them but they are not responding.

Got a call from a person from www.employementindia.com (+91 [protected])and told that by registering into their website i will be getting a interview call and F2F and by providing the reference number from the site will guarantee job in IBM/ Wipro.
They asked me to pay Rs.2500/- as registration fee. I did, then he said his manager will call for further process and how to generate the reference number and got a call (+91 [protected]), he told the steps and again went for payment of Rs.7500/-, though i raised my displeasure, they said it is refundable and need not worry.
Then again, got a call from a person, Manager's Manager (+91 [protected]) and told as a last step i have to pay Rs.6000/- and will be getting an invoice and etc..
So, totally i have paid Rs.16, 000/-.
Please help me recovering this amount as it is an hard earned amount which i have kept to pay the school fee for my Son.

I posted my resume in Naukri/Shine as I was looking for a job change. I got a call from Employement India stating my resume is shortlisted by IBM HR(Senior tech lead role - Chennai - 110% job surety - package 16 to 17 lakhs per annum) and they will arrange for interview with IBM by the same evening or the next day. Initially I was told its a paid service(Rs.2500 and that amount is valid for 5yrs of service, whenever I look for a job change, any location they would support). Given the offer @IBM, 5 yrs service and less fees I agreed to attend the interview. They said they will give step by step instruction on how to apply in their website, they stayed in call. 1st thing, without even giving me the space to read terms&condition they made me till the agree button. Later after paying Rs.2500, I was forced to pay Rs.7500 and Rs.2750 on the go. When I asked why this additional hidden charges, they said these amounts will be refunded in the evening during the interview. But In the voucher it was mentioned the amounts are non-refundable. When I inquired, they said that is system generated bill and the sentences written can be ignored, the amt will be refunded whether or not the interview is cleared. Till making the payment they promised I can call them any time for queries. It has been a week, till date I keep trying their mobile numbers, send emails, no response from their end. The so called IBM interview was not scheduled at all. I could see there is no requirement at all at IBM for my profile. Neither was my money refunded. Request ppl not to believe the false promises and transfer money to this company. Also, I request authorities to take necessary actions on the company to make sure they deliver what they promise, promise only what they could deliver for theirs capacity, decent associates who could respond to candidate queries and also refund money properly for those who are impacted(I could see a lot of ppl who has lost money like my case). Its disappointing to lose hard earned money with frauds like this

I have been receiving call for Somiya saying that they have some urgent vacancy so for that i have to pay them for registration and document verification .They are collecting money in the name of V.K Electronic.for this whole process they have collected Rs 14700/-INR .They are collecting information from shine.com and other open job portal.Below are the detils of the company

On 25th Jan, I got a call from Employment Inida from No:[protected], that there is urgent requrement in CTS and my Profile got Short listed and Employment India will proccess it with Service Charges of Rs2500 and this service is valid for nest 5 Years.So I have Ageed of it.But Once I paid 2500, I got call from No:[protected].They have Charged another Rs10, 000 and said that this amount will be claimed back.After all the Payments, till now i didnot get any call back and when I call back I dont get proper response.I dont want any services from your Side.Please return back my money.I can Find my job.I dont need any suport from yourside.

Finally, what i would like to say is to refund the amount, if you will revert with in 24 hours, i will take necessary action on you upto any extent,

While i was calling, no one is responding nor refunding the paid amount. As my daughter health is not in good condition and i begged for my fund several times.

I called the company several times in a day and they are not picking up my phone but while i was calling from alternate no, they picked me and giving explanations as there is problem in gateway system.


This is the final reminder and i was filing a case in the court of law and going to file a case in police station, tanuku.

After lodging the complaint, the team called me asking me to return the complaint and mr.N deepak called from mobile no:[protected] is forcing me to provide the bank deatils such as debit card no, expiry date and cvv no(Whish is highly confidential) and when i was not provided the details, they said we will not refund the amount and do whatever you want.

I have not still received any reply nor refunded my amount, the team is asking to share my ac details and cvv no(Which is confidential).

So, request you escalate the matter to the superiors.

Hi Guys I faced the same issue with this employementindia.com. First a lady named ZOYA called me from the number [protected], told me that it is going to be an one-time fee 2, 500 RS and i no need to pay for next 5 years for the whole process. I believed it and paid it for the Registration. Then i got immediately a call from [protected] this number and for Document verification process i have to pay 7, 500 RS including the service charge which will be refunded by the company where i will get the job. I argued with her stating about the one-time payment but she convinced me by saying no further charge will be collected from me for the remaining process i paid that too. But again a person named Anand called me from [protected] by introducing that he his the HR person for processing my profile further for which i have to do Resume Elite process for the same i have to do 4, 000 RS payment it made me increase my temper and i argued with him why each and every people asking for money he said that it is not one-time process at all. Meanwhile i saw the posts on Consumer Complaints and enquired to him, he just replied you pay this final 4, 000 RS amount if in case in the further process if anyone asks for money you can very well raise a legal action. I said you first send me the Invoice details for my previous payments, then i will proceed further. Till now i haven't received any details regarding the Invoice payments from them, meanwhile the site itself down "htttp://www.employementindia.com/index.php".
At least in future at least no one should be cheated, be aware of these guys. And also guys i have a recorded voice of the whole conversation.

Mr. Rahul from Employement india called me and convinced that by paying rs2500 to their company he will give me job in Larsen and Turbo company in mumbai. on doing counter questions, he assured that Employement india has great co ordination with Larsen and Turbo and I will get job easily in 7 -10 working days time. Process said by rahul 1. Pay rs 2500 2. Employement india will generate HR reference ID 3. Rahul will arrange telephonic interview with LNT(just formal call no technical interview) 4. Face to face round; No interview just submission of documents and getting offer letter Now thing is that, I am waiting for telephenonic interview call. Rahul has blacklisted my all contact numbers and no response from Employement india team. I have sent 3 mails to them. No response to me yet.

A team of young men and women talk over the phone saying IBM has shortlisted you through internal job placement. They are their recruiters and have to complete registration process for which 2500 was paid later 6100 was paid as verification charges which they said that company will pay back in first month salary. Finally after speaking with Amit, Aayushi, Soumya, Aditya and one another lady, they asked for another 5400 for which I reverted saying that I just realised that they all are faking. They said they will arrange for the telephone interview tomorrow-5th Jan 2015. I called to check for their address, unfortunately Amit picked and mentioned that they are located at 4th floor, Subham towers, Neelam bata road Delhi(Haryana). I checked their website IP address - 103.21.59.168, the ip address location is at Mumbai Maharashtra Ganesh nagar. Stop their fraud activities as soon as possible. I have made the payment on Dec9 @7 pm. and Dec 10 @11pm i called Roshini and he connected Mr. Sharma manager, confirmed money will be credited in 7 working days. but nothing happened till date .. Ever since am trying to reach your [protected]@ 91-[protected], 91-[protected], [protected] .and no response to [protected]@employmentindia.com. if you are a reputed firm, dont defame your prestige by silly amount of 1500/- Thanks Naran

Hi I made a payment of INR2500 to this job portal. They used to call me everyday for payment as they used to say my resume has been selected for jobs in Wipro and HCL. And I am going to get job 110% guarantee. Now after I made payment they have simply vanished. When I am trying to call them on the beloww numbers nobody is picking up. Tried to contact their customer service cell but no response. Kindly blocked this organization and stop them from cheating people.

They also said my interview will be scheduled on Wednesday(14/12/15) with wipro and hcl. I am posting in this forum as well as also filing an FIR to stop them from doing any fraud.
