I do agree with you. Even I was working there as an Accounts Manager. I had a worst experience. The CEO (Mr. Fazil Mohammed Basheer) of the company is a womanizer. Cheating all the students in the name of education. I personally never recommend any women to work in these flithy environment.

i know this sangeetha she got lots of boys, she always see the blue films in office hrs, she is the fraud lady thats about it ...
Thank God you posted this feedback, I had a round of interview in Aimfill Bangalore for the position of Centre Manager, I was 1st round through so they called me up for the 2nd round, and a lady calling her as a regional head was there, and I have never met such dumb region head in my life ever, so I really doubt whether she is actually a region head or not. I was supposed to have a skype interview with the CEO Mr. Mohammed Fazil, but I did not understand why that lady was continuously asking me to send her some good full profile pics in whatsapp so that she could send it to the CEO, finally after taking 8-9 pics, and an hour of waiting the skype interview happened but I coudn't see the CEO, his camera was off through out the interview, which was a bit awkward and definitely fishy. Then I came to know I have got selected and they want me to join from the very next day, but no offer letter nothing was given even after I informed them that I will join only after going through the offer letter. As I got a different offer at the same time, so I had made my mind by that time, that noway I will work with Aimfill, so without wasting any more time I came back home, and when I informed this to that dumb region head she immediately increased the proposed salary by another 5k, and said she will immediately send me the offer letter. When I did not get the offer letter by EOD, out of my curiosity I started google the company whereabouts, and found that everywhere people are talking about the CEO and the salary issue. Next morning that dumb region head called and said that the offer letter has been sent, and nothing was being sent actually, they were playing tricks, when I said I have not received anything she asked me to come and join and she will issue the hard copy, when I asked her about the feedback I have seen in google about the CEO and his fraudulent, she just simply hang up the call saying "ok bye then", I would definitely not suggest anyone to join this company, or even to attend any interview with them, they will neither issue any document nor the salary. And the office ambiance is a complete 'NO NO' for anyone who wanna work on their own potential and not by some other easy way available.

Malicious statements
Some criticism may be false or malicious and intended to damage the business. Sometimes this originates from a competitor or disgruntled ex-employee. In such cases it is worth considering your potential legal claims against those involved in its publication.
To have a successful claim for defamation, aimfill business will need to show that the statement was untrue and damaging to its reputation. In addition, a business must prove that it has suffered or is likely to suffer serious financial loss. If you can show these things then the court may order that you are paid damages for the losses suffered, that the defamatory statement is taken down and that an apology is given.
However, there are various defences to defamation claims. An author of a review will be protected against a defamation claim if they can show that what they said was substantially true. Honest statements of opinion are also not defamatory as long as they are based on facts or assertions which existed at the time the review was published and the basis of the opinion was indicated in the statement. The vast majority of online reviews are likely to be statements of opinion and therefore there will be no legal redress against these.
If the person who posted the untrue statement cannot be easily sued, for example, if they cannot be identified, you may also have a claim against the operator of the online forum or blog site on which the offending statement is posted. The operator will have a defence if it can show that it did not post the statement. However, it cannot rely on this defence if the author cannot be identified, and if a complaint has been made to the operator about the statement and it has failed to respond in accordance with the procedure and timescale set out in The Defamation (Operators of Websites) Regulations 2013.
For this reason, if you see a potentially defamatory statement about aimfill business on a website, it is advisable to notify the website operator straight away giving details of why you consider it defamatory and asking for it to be removed. Many operators such as Facebook, Google+ and Tripadvisor have notification procedures in place but they may be inundated with notifications.
In many cases a message or letter to the person who made the statement, informing them that the statement is potentially defamatory and asking them to take it down may be enough to gain their co-operation and deter them from making further damaging comments about aimfill business. If not, then think carefully about whether the risks of bad publicity from bringing a legal claim might make a bad situation worse. Legal remedies are best reserved for people who are intent on damaging aimfill business with false statements,
