I worked for 1 month but Aimfill international jayanagar Bangalore did not pay my salary 10, 000 rs......

I was working here as an employee for calling. They just started complaining about me and later on they pushed me to leave the company without giving me any salary.

Aimfill international is the one of the cheating instiuation in india they were taking lakhs of fees and cheating students so many complaints have on aimfill till today there is no reaction from govt so that we need our money or our placements we want our juniors to save their life before join this type of instiuations please help us contact us on : [protected]

Hello, i love aviation course so my friend suggested me Aimfill institute. He also liked to take a BBA Avaition course so me and him joined in Aimfill institute at their Calicut branch. They gave a receipt of rupees 2, 500 to us they said that this money is to book our seat so we gave the money( which means we got our admisssion) after 2 weak we got a call from their office which says we have to pay an amount of 25, 000 rupees to book our seat on aimfill, we dreamed a lot about our future job so even though we dont have such money we gave them 25000 rupee and accepted a receipt which says the money cannot be refunted. After 2 weak they called us again and told us to pay a amount of 65, 000 rupees as a semester fee at that moment we understood that we became cheated by these institution. Then we researched about aimfill and we heard lot o[censored]npleasent news about aimfill, both o[censored]s literally died inside by hearing these. The thing is i have the receipts and i want my 27, 500 rupees back.

Hi, my name is Roshna William Dan and this complaint has reference to the walk in Interview i attended for Aimfill recruitment drive on 17th october at Ernakulam, Cochin.Subsequently, i got a call from them a week later stating that i had been shortlisted for furthur interview rounds.I attended the interview the next day and cleared the interview rounds and was told by the center head beejal shah (i dont know if she is still around) that there are 2 posts one is deputy center head and the other one senior manager operations and i would be slotted in either one of these posts.Even my salary was fixed at 18k.After 2 days i got a call from the office asking me to meet Beejal the following day.The purpose of the meeting was to send me to meet the ceo at Le Meridian.I was told that it is nothing but just a formality.From their office i had to rush on the spot to this particular destination which i didnt even know properly.Finally after much strain and difficulty i finally reached there to see this guy sitting pretty in an ac lounge.He told me that he just wanted to see me and provide me some inputs that is it.The meeting lasted barely 10 minutes.Mind you i travelled for nearly 2 hours without even having my lunch only to hear all these so called valuable inputs and to see the ceo's face in full flesh and blood.It makes me wonder what was his real motive.Anyway i was told that i would be informed about the joining date soon, From then on began my wait and it went on for over a month.In between this i had tried to contact the office for knowing my status, but was told that i would be updated soon.Finally, last week when i rang up i am getting to know that the center head who coordinated with me is no longer in the office.I was really taken aback.But i was determined to know my status and make them talk.So i contacted the chennai office and told them the entire story.The Hr executive there promised to look into things and get back to me soon.But she too never reverted and finally i sent her an email asking her to update me with the status.It was only the next day after that i am getting to know about the grand feedback-the higher authorities have rejected my profile, thats is the reason why they didnt call me.Now rejection and all that is no big deal to me.After all, it is a company's choice to select an employee or reject him.But what saddens me is the way they played a cat and mouse game with me.If they were not satisfied with my performance they shoud have told me that during the selection process itself instead of making me go thro all this rot.This episode and the behavior of the Aimfill authorities have caused great mental trauma and anguish to me.I also strongly feel that this is a fraud organisation and their ceo is a super fraud.They are only interested in playing with the money of the students and make assess out of them.So all job aspirants who read this-beware of Aimfill International-they will mislead you with big things and then cheat you royally.I would have have posted an anonymous review but i am not interested in doing that bcoz every one reading this shoud know my experience so that they would be more and aware and conscious when dealing with such cheats.

I got the call from aimfill international cochin and attended the interview there with the mysterious center head lady. She told me that i am selected for the other round and i was made to have video conference with the CEO Fazil basheer and the most fishy thing was that he could see me and i cudnt see him. Anyways being optimistic i carried on with the opportunity. I could not conclude what was exactly on their rotten minds. Then they told...

I am one of the employee in aimfill international. They selecting candidate for software developer then they are treat that candidate like as a bpo. Here there is no project. They are always do like a cheat employee. They always told like a trainer will come project will come they are always spoke lie only. Basically they are fixed my salary as 10, 000/- but they are provide only 2000/- salary, our calculation is first 7 days training (But they are not provide training) here they are calculating salary date 20 to 20. None of the it company follow this kind of worst thing. And also one worst habit is follow here (They are give a sunday only leave that sunday leave also your salary will be deducted). Finally i would like to say here no one could not come to this company regarding interview. Go some other good company and get a bright feature.

I have been working in Aimfill International as a call center manager since 2 years .The pay initially which was offered for Rs.60, 000 but they gave me only 50, 000.10, 000 was deducted because I was not able to reach my target .The target which was given to me was 15 but I could achieve only 10. However, the target intimated to me was not updated as given before .

This is to bring to your kind attention that I, Sourabh Kumar Modi, had taken admission at AIMFILL for the MBA Course 2007 – 2009 under the Reg. No. 12393 after paying the fee of Rs.169000.

However, when I was selected at Symbiosis Pune, I cancelled my admission on 8/06/2007, before the commencement of the course at AIMFILL, (which was 11/06/2007).

I submitted an application for refund of fees along with my letter for admission cancellation. I have also emailed and personally requested for a refund, but it still hasn’t been done.

As per the notification (Advt. No.AICTE/Legal/04(01)/2007) released by AICTE in April 2007, it is stated that in the case of cancellation of admission before the commencement of a course, the institute can deduct a minimal processing fee and refund the rest of the fee.

I fail to understand how come an institute which operates after approval from AICTE, ignore the directions of AICTE so blatently. I hope that some action will be taken against this erring institute. Do guide me as to how should I go about it so that I can recover my money from the institute.

My wife has joined ur compny on 02.03.15, as TALENT ACQUISTION EXE.We hve nt yet received the salary frm ur end.We visitied ur premises on 16.07.2015, receptionist concluded us v'll get cal back, Today(22.07.15), after 2.30pm I've made several calls to [[protected], [protected]]bt non of d concern is responding in proper way.I will file POLICE CASE ON U.

i was working as PRO in aim fill international that is a instruction for airport and aircraft management. all the employers did not get the salary there. again i got the opening from there.
the working system over there is not proper over there....
