Really, the environment of the company is friendly. I am taking about content writer hiring process. I was searching job via naukri.com portal then I saw the job classified for the content writer in Awapal Solutions Pvt Ltd. I reached there according to the mentioned venue. Several applicants were waiting for the process. The nature of the employee of the company was very polite. I could not get selected there because of my poor communication skill. But I would always remember the sentences, which was suggested by Interviewer to me. I am following those idea and I am developing myself.

They are fraud not giving offer letter and when you resign they not clear your salary ... when you have no offer letter they make there own rule for allowing holiday or casual leaves...
totaly fraud sabse bada fraud to yaha ka owner jasbir singh hai jo fresher ki life kharab karke unse 5-6 month free me kaam kara k company se nikal deta hai specialy in erp devlopment team of awapal solution.
In awapal solution, salary is a big issue, today is 17th of may and company march month ki salary abhi tak nahi diii hai yaha ki HR se kutch pucho to hamesa jhut bolti hain company k director to baat hi nahi karna chathe hai, samajh nahi aa raha hai kya karu main. Please suggest me………... currently main is company mai kaam karta hun but i can not mention my name here, because agar name mention kar duga to meri salary nahi dega.

3-4 month free kam karo fr 6000 wo bhi kabhi time pe ni milte.
Accoring to boss, 1 month ki salary pending rahegi hi . employee kya 1 month kam ni karta .
Salary ki poochho to projct time pe deliver karo client paise dega jab salary milegi.
Jab employee ko salary dene k lie fund ni hai to kyo chala rahe ho software comapny
Koi aur business open kar lo.
kam se kam logo ka career to kharab ni hoga .
Request to all, Aisi company join kar k galti mat karna pachhtawa hoga . Document rakh lete hain 2 year tak chhod bhi ni paoge .

Even he always asked everyone to come and discuss the issues.
The company environment is good, they give priority to their employees too. Moreover, i got very good appraisal also.And if you are not getting your salary then you know all the reasons very well.
So, you don't have any right to spread these kind of rumours publically.
