Hi , I send an email communication to my HR , Manager and distribution head informing them about the exams i was appearing for in my home town , it was also an intimation about the unpaid leaves(4 months) I was applying for , however , when I returned after the said time I came to know that the company has already terminated me without any formal communication , for the whole 4 months i was under the impression that my leaves were approved,, but when I reached the office i was told that your leaves were not approved hence your services were terminated, when I told them that at least I should've been informed about it , no body paid any heed and i was told that it's all over ,I want to know if it's legal for them to act in manner they did.
