[Resolved]  Polaris Financial Technology — Experience letter

I am currently working in Citi project BSC 03. This project started around August, 2012. In the beginning of the project, it was decided that one person should do morning shift(7 AM - 4 PM) and another person should support in Evening shift(2 PM - 11 PM) on a rotation basis.

I took up the Evening support from August, 2013 keeping in mind that next month I will be in Morning shift the next month. But it went on till January, 2013. I have supported evening shift continuously for straight 6 months even though it was very difficult for me. Now I am working in the morning shift since one month and because of my health problem I requested to extend it for the next 1 month.

In spite of severe health problem( Low Blood Pressure) in the October-January period I was working for the same time without any excuses. Now I am facing severe problem and I have to maintain strict timing as suggested by the doctor for at least few months. Currently I am in notice period and my Manager and Team Lead are forcing me to come in the Evening shift which I will not be able to do.

Denying this thing as said by my manager, he says that he will not be relieving me in the time and says that he is going to create a problem at the exit time and I will not be getting relieving letter as Experience letter as well.

I am finding it very hard to work in such an environment.
