Polaris Financial Technology — Full and final settlement due amount

Hi,

I worked with polaris financial technology (Hyderabad) from 26th july - 19th may. Before joining they promised me general tier 2 uk visa. But after joining they didn't file my general tier 2 visa.

They offered me short term visa and on top of that they told me i dont need to pay any taxes for london trip. (Again this is lie they used to tell to their employee. Around £1500 taxes i have paid during london trip).

I left this organisation on 19th may'17. As per policy i should get my full and final settlement before 45 days, still i didnt receive it. I took follow up but no luck till now.

Let me know how can i get my full money.
