[Resolved]  Serco Bpo Working For The Google Client — Sudden termination

Hi,

I joined to work for Google GTL PRocess under the payroll of Serco BPO. I worked from October 8th 2012 till november 8th 2012. From the interview process itself, Serco people are harrassing. After the interview process got over in a week, Serco took one month to verify the documents. In this one month, they didnt give any contact number and told me they will call me and give us the joining date after verification after one moth, because it is for Google. For whole one month, i waited in anguish when i will get joining date. Finally I got and when I joined, immediately on 8th November 2012, that is after one month from 8th October 2012(date of joining) the HR from Serco called me and said that my performance was not good and that I had not cleared the final assessments , so I have to exit. The day, when my final assessments were not cleared, the trainer asked me to go and meet my TL. From very next day, I started working in the production floor. Why is it that after wasting my two weeks, they had to fire me suddenly? I think one month is way too a small time to judge a person's capacity to perform. Also, If i didnt clear the assessments, then why didnt they fire me then? what was the Google and Serco people thinking, that we employees are mere objects? whenever they want they can throw us out, without any intimation and no notice? I would highly recommend people not to join Google in the payroll of Serco BPO.
