[Resolved] Tulip Telecom Ltd. — Not getting final settlement check

As per employee act rule last month salary gets freezed in notice period & returned to employee after 45 days of his last working day. It's been 180 days since i left tulip telecom ltd. Still i have not received my final settlement check which includes my 40 days salary & leaves encashment. Regular followups with hr team is resulting in fake commitments which are already broken several times but still company is saying that your fnf will be cleared shortly but no results.. Lost my hopes for my own hard earned money..

I was expecting a call or mail from you / team on 23rd july 2012 but not received any communication.

However i tried to call you but you were busy at that time.

Dear faizal,

As per below mail i was expecting fnf to be received at least in 1st week of september.

I took followup ten times after this, each time i got answer that it will be done soon.

It's almost 92 days over since my last date in company & it is very bad to know that some employees resigned after me are also getting their fnf.

Request your help in this case & expecting my fnf check will be processed soon.

I was expecting a reply with the date of cheque disbursement shortly.
It's almost 48 business working hrs since you replied.

Commitments are already made & broken, i am getting such replies from past 6 months.
But still i have not received any concrete result.
