Employment Office — Complaining about employment registration id not valid

Sir,
as i forgot to renew my employment registration by 2017, now govt. Of tamil nadu has given a chance to renew the lapsed id's. But when i enter my registration number, it is saying the number is not valid. Kindly look into my issue and help me to renew my employment registration. Details are given below.
