Employment Office — Employment Office Register number is not valid

Hi Sir,

My name is B. Elangovan - DOB - 24/01/1984

Employment Registration date is 30/06/1999

Employment Registration number is - CHP1999M00008006

I did renewal from 1999 to 2004. My next renewal date was June 2007. But unfortunately I forget to renewal. I need to renewal please help me.

Am the first person from my family who trying for govt job. Please consider this as my humble request and do the need full.
