Employment Office — Forgot user ID and password

I reset my password in tnvellaivaippu. com, thereafter I could n't access my account. It shows the following error on the window.

"There Is No Menu For This User

Error Found.
[LoginDAO] : [updateResetPasswordData] : [SQL Exception]
Kindly help me to solve this issue.
