Employment Office — my employment registration (kpd2013m[protected] has lapsed

Dear sir/madam,
I am arwin michael j
Dob - 02/04/1998
My registration id is kpd2013m00014365

I registered in employment after completing 10th in 2013. Unfortunately i failed to renew dated june' 2016. Therefore my id is lapsed. Now i completed my degree and i wished to update my degree with the old registration id. Kindly check the possibilities to resolve the issue of my lapsed registration.
