Employment Office — My registration number missing

Course completed year
10th std 2004,
12th std 2006,
B.Sc degree 2009,
B.Ed degree 2020
I have proper renewal in all course and every 3years. Oneday I check my employment online portal. I really shacking because my all certificate number missing from employment portal. So, I add my certificate number but does not working edit option. My life totally demage...who is responsible? Please add my certificate number all courses and employment register.
