Emtex Engineering Pvt. Ltd. — Damaged Solar Panel Received and Company not returning it

I had ordered an solar panel from Industrybuying.com which is a registered website of EMTEX ENGINEERING PVT. LTD. Company on August 28th and they delivered the solar panel on September 4th which I recieved in broken condition after opening the package received by courier services, I immediately contacted the customer service team of their company and complaint about it they told me to send a email with photos of broken product, I did the same things and then they said they will pick up the item as return within two days but it's been 11days till now and I'm calling them everyday for picking up the return and they are saying the same things daily and not picking up the damaged product because of which I'm facing many problems the cost of solar panel was 5711 which they I bought after discount on 5140Rs.
So I'm requesting you to take necessary action against them and help me to get my money back as soon as possible.
