Industry Buying is a fraud company, selling defective products online and not returning after complaining. They have tie-up with XpressBees, they never come for pickup and always update false message like “Customer not available”. Industry buying and XpressBees must be banned in India before they cheat more and more people on daily basis. I am going to file and FIR against IB. Below are my order details.

I placed a prepaid order for Ashirvad 6 Inch, 150 mm non-return valve (Order No: [protected] Ordered on 01Sep2024. NRV 70001234 for INR 4899.
The product was delivered in a broken condition on 08Sep2024. Being a busy Surgeon, I could not open the package for a few days. When I finally opened the package and found the product to be broken, I complained to Industry Buying by emails with photos of the broken part for which I did not receive a reply.
Finally, I called the customer center of IndustryBuying, com on 18 Sep 2024. The person who answered my call refused any help citing delay in lodging complaint. Following this I received an email repeating the same excuse.
Kindly note that this order has caused a direct loss of Rs4899 to me as well as additional losses due to delays in completing flood proofing my house in addition to the risk of my house being flooded.
I sincerely regret ordering on IndustryBuying.com. If I had ordered on Amazon instead of this dubious portal I would have received an instant replacement along with an apology note.
Hence I request 'Industry Buying' correct this rather costly mistake by sending me a replacement for the broken product immediately.

I placed order for Painter Spray Gun 0.3 mm, R-2R on 29th Feb 24 & 18th Apr 24. Both time order not got dispatched even after 10 days. On raising complaint to them, they are committing that order will get dispatch within 2-3 days. But it never happens. Order was not available with COD so need to do payment advance only. They are running scam by taking order & money in advance & keep. money with them for 10-15 days & then return to customer by saying sorry your order can not be fulfilled.

I had placed an order ID [protected], booking date 31st Jan 24 for Europa hexabolt lock. time of booking it showed stock was available, payment was made, the dispatch and the delivery was on 9th Feb.

Now after 5 days, order is canceled from your end how can Industry buying display the product in your website for sale take the payment and then at your convenience cancel the order, saying the stocks not available, Why was the...

Only Partial materials supplied till date. We have several times requested to your customer care through emails for either refund for undelivered items or deliver the materials to the consignee whereas nothing has received. Your customer care asked the complete account/bank statement and same submitted. No action has been taken till date. Pls look into the matter and get our refund at the earliest.

One person called me and in very rude manner he said your order is branded and will take time ok and was insisting me to say ok so repeatedly he was saying ok ok ok. No regret no valid reason, he was in hurry just to listen ok and he cut the phone. Basically I said ok.

I received incomplete product. I ordered Electric rice mill with combine motor but i recieved only motor and hopper, major parts of the machine were missing. I raised a complaint as soon as i recieved the packages for complete refund. It took more than a week for the agent to pick up the product. Now its been a month and im not getting my refund. I called customer care several times but they keeps telling me to wait for another 7_10 working days, and its been a month now. I want to get refund as soon as possible.

The thiller isn't plowing properly. This is not accurate for plowing the sugarcane blank space. This thiller can not plow an area upto 3-5 inches also. total waste of time and money. This is not for farmers.

There is also a starting problem with this product, not starting easily after giving a choke. infact i say this will not start after some work. This is like a toy.
Before the purchase of this product, i already confirmed telephonically with Ms. Himani([protected]) sales person that I want the product for plowing the sugarcane area. Ms. Himani said that this is best for you to plow the sugarcane area. This product can work up to 3.5 hr continuously. But this product overheats after 5 min.

She says that if this product does not work as per your requirement, then you can return the material.


So I request you to return the material.

Got a damaged product, they asked me to fill a google form and asked to send images of it after some days, when i delayed for one day sending the images, they said "according to our policy two days are over, we cant raise the ticket" i[censored] are very much following your policy why dont you clear it in one shot, You can took the process of some days to accept the complaint, since you cant afford the proper e-commerce platform, why cant we delay a day to send the images??

Note: there was no outbound call from them, they are just doing it by emails.

This is ultimate robbery from the customers, please check this complaint and help on this

I'm Jaidan from Kerala. I've ordered a helmet from Industrybuying on 27 March and it came on 4th April.
When I opened the box, it was a damaged garbage looking helmet which doesn't look anything like the product I ordered. It looked like it was used for about 20years by someone.
I called the customer care and sent them email including the shipment label and the photo proofs just like they asked.
It's been nearly a week now and each time I call them they ask me to wait for two more days. The product isn't even picked up yet.
This is really cruel playing with someone's money. The money is really important to me to buy another helmet. Please find a solution to my problem.
