Hi,
I am satya vamsi from hyderabad. on 4th july, 2016, i have applied for father's name correction on my pan card in emudhra portal online. they have charged me 450/- for premium support and pick-up of documents. the guy came in to collect my documents too. well, it's all good till here.
Now, once they received my application, they sent me saying it's on hold and and i have to send the documents again through post to their chennai office, otherwise after 45 days the application will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. the reason for hold are provided below:
Issue details:
1. signature on the bottom of the form is not done
2. father's name in application form does not match with father's name in identity proof and income tax data
Now, they are denying me the service for picking up the documents, as they have already arranged it once.in that case, why wouldn't the pick-up guy check if i have signed everywhere i have to. i even asked if everything is alright. and, i don't find any where in their "terms of service" (http://www.e-mudhra.com/terms-of-services. html) stating that the pick-up will be done only once.
I called their customer care and asked them at least for their higher authority who can take an exception in cases like these. he said he is the head and there will be no exception and trying to bluff me by providing the panservices email id which would again land to him as an escalation email. i am pretty much disappointed and felt betrayed as he straight away said will disconnect my call and has done it.
