Dear sir,
I have applied for my PAN Card correction vide my application reference no[protected]
dated 14/01/2017 till date there is action and he is provide coupon No.[protected]) but still status is record not found.
e Mudra is a irresponsible company and don't send any application through this e mudra.
After a long period they send me a mail mentioned that IT department is busy with data migration.we regret to inconvenience.
My opinion is that e mudra is not a genuine company, and they are not taking any responsibility to solve publics problem.
The main thing I noticed that before verifying our application they taking payment on the basis of non refundable.I could not understand why they are charging before verifying our documents.

    I have applied for pan card 18 jan 2016, Ref. No:[protected] and Coupon number :[protected]ON 4 feb 2017, still Now i have not received any update of my pan card, Normally if we do this process offline we get pan card withing 15 days but now One Month completed when i get my pan card, If i check status it always show same status

    Current Status :- Coupon Assigned
    Status Remarks :- Under process at UTITSL. Waiting for response.
    We are check the status show Record not found

    So i kindly request you please sent my pan card on urgent basis, after receiving my review please reply me and mention the date when i will get my pan card.

      I had applied PAN Card correction through eMudhra Limited (PAN Services) on 29/12/2016. Paid Rs.221 as a fee for it. Supporting documents were sent through India Post on 30/12/2016 (Tracking No.RT[protected]IN). Delivered to EMudhra Chennai office on 02/01/2017. After few days the status of application as ‘Application rejected’ due to father’s name is not matched with application and supporting document provided. Against that, Annexure-A Certificate & Identity card of issuing officials has been obtained and forwarded through email to EMudhra officials for confirmation and received confirmation from them that its valid document for further processing on 11/01/2017. The Original Annexure-A Certificate & Identity card of issuing officials has been send through India Post to eMudhra on 12/01/2017 (Tracking No.RT[protected]IN). Delivered to EMudhra Chennai office on 16/01/2017. But till now the status of application is "Application rejected' due to father’s name is not matched with application. Also while checking with customer care officials (more than 10 times through phone also email) of EMudhra the documents sent by u is not matched with your application. I need to settle this issue as soon as possible.

      At finally yesterday evening i had received reply from Emudhra that the application has approved and forwarded to UTI department for further processing. feels better now..

      While Making Adhar base DSC . After Entrying all Fields and Submitting
      Shows
      Error in Processing . Please retry after Some Time.

        Recently i contacted to an employee of emudhra office kolkata, for query relating to dsc application.
        i dont know who picked up the call but the way that idiot spoke to me is disgusting and unexpected.
        I have lost my initial issued PAN Card No. BCKPN8938F, and had applied for duplicated one on 25 Jan 2017. The charges were paid online. Application in subject were acknowledged by SMS.

        Since then no status is updated on the application.

          In order to apply for my IEC, I had placed an order for Digital Signature and token with eMudhra on the 3rd of August. They promised me that I would receive the token in two days.
          On Aug 5th, after me calling and asking them for an update, they gave me a tracking number from Bluedart. When I checked in Bluedart page, that tracking number showed that it was delivered to an address in Mumbai. My shipment was to be delivered to Coimbatore.
          I kept calling them on 5th for a solution, all they told me was that they were working on it and would call be back. But they didn't. Today morning I called them again and 2-3 times they cut the call. Then one guy gave me assurance that I would receive callback by 2PM with an update. Now 2PM also crossed, and that's the reason I am writing here.
          Very pathetic service and customer support. I regret placing an order with them.

          I have applied for PAN card 17 days ago till now I have n't received any PAN no.. You have charged 4 times more than other PAN services.
          Customer care is always telling to wait for 2 days.
          Worst service I have ever seen. I am not at all satisfied.
          I thought it would maximum 15 days.

            Hi,

            I am satya vamsi from hyderabad. on 4th july, 2016, i have applied for father's name correction on my pan card in emudhra portal online. they have charged me 450/- for premium support and pick-up of documents. the guy came in to collect my documents too. well, it's all good till here.

            Now, once they received my application, they sent me saying it's on hold and and i have to send the documents again through post to their chennai office, otherwise after 45 days the application will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. the reason for hold are provided below:

            Issue details:

            1. signature on the bottom of the form is not done
            2. father's name in application form does not match with father's name in identity proof and income tax data

            Now, they are denying me the service for picking up the documents, as they have already arranged it once.in that case, why wouldn't the pick-up guy check if i have signed everywhere i have to. i even asked if everything is alright. and, i don't find any where in their "terms of service" (http://www.e-mudhra.com/terms-of-services. html) stating that the pick-up will be done only once.

            I called their customer care and asked them at least for their higher authority who can take an exception in cases like these. he said he is the head and there will be no exception and trying to bluff me by providing the panservices email id which would again land to him as an escalation email. i am pretty much disappointed and felt betrayed as he straight away said will disconnect my call and has done it.

            eMudhra called me the same day you forwarded them. I am happy this really worked. They have apologised and fixed my issue of sending the agent to pick up my documents. However, I am waiting for them to update the status online to close this complaint as resolved.
            Hi,

            I am Mukesh from Gurgaon(Gurugram). On 8th of march 2017 I applied for my name correction on PAN CARD with e-mudra and paid 450 rs. for premium services. Within two days their guy came and picked up all the documents. On 20th march i got an email from emudra that my application has been submitted with UTI and they allotted me coupon no. to track my status.

            Since that day the status is showing as Application under process with income tax department for verification. I have complained multiple times but i always get robotic reply that they will look into the matter and get back to me which never happens. I have called emudra customer care multiple times but they does the same and if i ask them to hand over the call to some senior person or their manager, they very bluntly reply that no senior is available on the floor and they are the only person i can talk to.

              I have applied for pan card online from e mudra services and even paid online past 1 week and i have been calling them emailing them for pickup of documents but no one has still bothered to call or come for collection of my documents. I told them i am applying for home loan and need urgently but still the same no one has still come to pickup.i am so tired of this unproffesional service . my reference number is[protected]

After asking status in Nov'20-16 (They didn't tell any information )They said Father Name mismatch. Ok fine Again I sent Father Name Mismatch Form in Nov' 2016 But Still I didn't get any updates . Its going to complete one year for Pan Card Correction only :) .

                  Www.emudhra.com, http://www.applypanonline.com/ is totally fraud and unprofessional service i even seen. I have paid fees and applied for pan card 6 months back. I am getting false or no commitments and the staff is totally unprofessional.

                  I asked for refund but they never responded. My pan application is on hold and everytime they are telling new reason. They dont know how to tackle issues. Once you paid monye you will get worst service.

                  concern authority must stop such services coz while any one will search online PAN card this website appear and then they do fraud with customers

                    This is the worst service ever seen by such unprofessionals...who gave them license for this ...they cant handle goverment documents? in first seen they sent me PAN card by post which never came to me and went back secondly they changed the PAN number to some new number ...this is horible ...S**T...this is unprofessional SHI* from EMudra

When i download the application status based on reference number given in your e - mail it shows the date of despatch as 31 - may - 2013 which is wrong. I got this message from utiitls pan card no. - dbvpk2304c is dispatchedon 15 / 07 / 2015. Please clarify and intimate to me when shall i receive the updated pan card. I am also inclined to believe that this firm (Panservices emudhra ltd) does not appear to be reliable as i have made full payment to this firm.

                        This eMudhra PAN company is giving no proper response to the complaints. Every time I post a complain, they simply say that my PAN's "Record Is Not Available". It is their complete responsibility to look into the matter and verify the issue. I[censored]nable to do this, they should refund the money back. It's been over 2 months now with now updation. Also they expect me only to look into the matter and solve problem by myself. Sincerely disgusted by their customer care as well.

                          I applied for re-issuance of PAN card ref no.[protected] for some changes in personal details on 5/12/2014. I have still not received my PAN card, which is also partly due to India post in the last few weeks. I have checked with my post-office where I was informed that most likely my address was printed wrong which led to the problem. This led me to check my personal details on the UTI website where I found that even my name has spelling mistake which means that I will have to reapply for a correction (a tedious job!) but can't do it until I receive my PAN. How is it possible to make a mistake in name when all the forms were typed and not hand-written and have no mistakes. I also called up eMadhura consumer care where I was told to contact UTI directly. Why do I then pay eMudhra for the services that they do not provide? I have tried to call UTI on several occasions but their line is always busy. Swati

                            Dear Sir/Madam, I have applied for Lost PANCard Request 2 weeks back almost and did not get any call from your representative for document collection as of now. Your policy says that if customer representative should collect the documents within 2-3 days and if the documents do not reach your office within 40-45 days then no refund will be processed. So better you refund my extra payment as soon as possible so that I will send you my documents by courier .Kindly guide me about the refund process as soon as possible. There is no point of playing smartly with words and saying that sorry and yes, our representative will call you shortly.I am pissed off hearing these smart words from your customerservice.I do not want to hear it for next time anymore.                               The worst company I have ever seen. They hire employees only for the seasonal requirement. It is their company policy to hire employees in large number when they have projects and then they just fire them like they the employees dont mean anything to them.

                                No refund on cancellation of digital sign

                                E-Mudhra from 3i Infotech Consumer Services Ltd

                                I have registered for e-mudhra digital signature certificate and later withdrawn from that due to some personal reasons. At the time of registration, I have paid Rs. 367/- through credit card payment. After the cancellation of this subscription, I have asked for refund, and after lot of follow-ups, vanaja from 3i-infotech(e-mudhra) contacted me asking for a screenshot of payment....
