Supreme solar water heater vajara model on 3rd November 2021 it has some issues in leaking water in tank of right side of tank I uploaded video for your reference plz send the service person as soon as possible...

I recently ordered some food from Kurkankonam Supreme Bakery in Thiruvananthapuram after 10 am via Swiggy. But I did not get the ordered item. They told me that it was wrong and sorry and that they will call me back after 1 minute. But even after waiting till that evening, there was no response from their side. Although I have eaten food from many bakeries, I have received very good food from Supreme Bakery. It would be better if you check with them. It is always a busy place but a moment of carelessness is enough to give the establishment a bad name. Due to the quality of the food here, they are not filing a complaint in the consumer court at the moment. management Take action. Many people like me are facing this experience.

ഞാൻ 2 പ്രാവശ്യം വിളിച്ചു. അവിടെയുള്ള ബില്ലിംഗ് &പായ്ക്കിംഗ് വിഭാഗത്തിൽ വന്ന തെറ്റാണെന്നും ക്ഷമിക്കണം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞ് 1 മിനിറ്റ് ശേഷം തിരിച്ചു വിളിക്കാം എന്നും പറഞ്ഞു. പക്ഷേ അന്ന് വൈകുന്നേരം വരെ കാത്തിരുന്നിട്ടും അവരുടെ ഭാഗത്ത് നിന്നും യാതൊരു പ്രതികരണവും ഉണ്ടായില്ല.
പല ബേക്കറിയിൽ നിന്നും ഫുഡ് കഴിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിലും
സുപ്രീം ബേക്കറിയിൽ നിന്നും വളരെ നല്ല ഫുഡ് ആണ് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. പക്ഷേ കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ നിന്നും അവിടത്തെ സ്റ്റാഫുകൾ പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് ബില്ലിംഗ് & പാക്കിംഗ് വിഭാഗത്തിൽ വരുന്ന പിഴവുകൾ കൂടെ പരിശോധിച്ചാൽ കുറച്ചുകൂടെ നന്നായിരിക്കും. എപ്പോഴും തിരക്ക്പിടിച്ച സ്ഥലം ആണ് പക്ഷേ സ്ഥാപനത്തിന് ചീത്തപ്പേര് വരാൻ ഒരു നിമിഷത്തെ അശ്രദ്ധ ഒഴിവാക്കിയാൽ മതി. ഇവിടെയുള്ള ഫുഡിൻറെ ആരാകധായതുകൊണ്ട് തൽക്കാലം കൺസ്യൂമർ കോർട്ടിൽ പരാതി കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ല. മാനേജ്മെന്റ് വേണ്ടേ നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കുക. എന്നെപ്പോലെ പലരും ഈ അനുഭവം നേരിടുന്നവരാണ്.

We have purchased 300 Lts supreme solar water heater
The tank is leaking and we are not getting a drop of water

The dealer is not replying to the call
The tank has warranty for 5 years
It started leaking from 3rd year
Now it has been 4 years since from last 14 months i am trying to change the tank
But the dealer is not responding...

Hi, Myself vijay Rao i bought supreme solar 200 liter in 2016.but recently tank got leakage problem. So i have contacted them, they came and saw and accepted for giving new tank. But the problem is 3 months back i have give complaint till now i have not recieved any new tank. Daily i used to call 4 to 5 times. They dont give proper response. I felt service is very bad.so i want to say for the people who wants to purchase supreme please have a look at service first. The service is very bad. They dont even lift your phone. You dont proper response from them. So please think before you go for purchase.

There are nearly ten (10) dogs are big troubles to the public and make nuisance sounds at night and also we are afraid it may infect our kids. So please capture these dogs immediately.

I am doctor a regular customer of supreme . Am purchased regularly from various branches of supreme . previous few times I get a bad response from pallimukku branches .it's from the staff . We were love the quality of product .so regularly buy food products from supreme. It's very bad we get bad behaviour from ur staff .it's a regular complaint from pallimukku branch especially in pastries side .they were attitude like bossyy didn't tell price, package is bad .

I have purchased family bread from supreme bakers near technopark on 14th april. It was so hard and not upto the mark, before 14th april 2-3 days before also i have purchased family bread and had same issue. So today 18th april when i went there I just told them about this. So they asked me to make an online complaint.

I had bought 2 pieces of home made cheese cake, it tasted really bad, was sour in taste and couldn’t eat it, i purchased for a total of 3000₹ from there and these 2 pieces cost me 250₹. I want a refund for this as it was an utter waste of money . I tried calling to the branch number twice, no one ever picked up

I am seeing the water leakage problem starting from initial period and multiple times i contacted the dealer and his response was very bad. He is not even coming to house for checking whats going...

I brought a tvs sport bike from supreme automobiles from ullahasnagar and after purchasing they are not giving me proper reply. I'm talking about my all documents and number plate all rto work etc but they are ignoring.
You've to satisfy to a customer from a to z. If customer want any details then this is the priority but they are not responding properly. They are always saying sir give me 10mins i'll call you back but there are no calls. When i were called 4-5 times then they are talking about 10mins and after 10mins again no response.
I want to know, is it your process for selling???
If customer pay the amount from anywhere after then your duty is off. Is it right?
If customer is calling again and again and you are giving alots of excuse. Is it right??

I have purchased one solar water heater at my flat no.206, SREE SAI CHETANA, BTM 4th stage, Nyanappanahally, Begur hobli, near RTO, Bengaluru-62. in the year 2014.
From day one it is not working. We have several times reminded the agency, but not attended. Please look into the matter and get it repaired at the earliest.
