With reference to the above subject, i am the existing customer of Emudra, I took the Digital signature token from you in October 2022 fo the tenure of 02 years, which will end in october 2024, but now when i am trying to sign, it is alerting as expired on 03/03/2024, As informed by your customer care i took new tohen HYP2003 and trying to install or download since yesterday, but no one is guiding correctly nor cooperating.Hence request you to resolve my issue at the earliest

Yesterday I paid Rs 4153.00 for renewal of DSC on 22/02/24 vide transaction ID [protected] paid with phonepe (copy attached) through WhatsApp. But no application ID have yet received. Also nobody reply me in WhatsApp now. The validity will expire on 25.02.24. So please arrange to renew the DSC at the earliest.

CHANDAN SIR FORCED TO ME PRICES ARE INCREASED FROM NEXT DAY SO I have purchase 125 DSc certificates class 3 @ 2 years in Dec - 2022 @ Rs.208/- = Rs.26000/-
But Now the price of class 3 @ 2 years is Rs, 120/-*125 = Rs.15000/-
on 26th september 2023 i have 90 certificates balance but your system was reduced the quantity 36 certificates instead of 90 certificates due to price variation policy plz think once my side how survive with these problems.

it is very huge difference Rs.11000/- which is unbearable from our end one more your system was reduced the quantity 36 certificates instead of 90 certificates due to price variation policy

plz try to understand our journey is very long i kindly request to you plz adjust certificates to the difference amount as early as possible

today our journey is not end we will continue our journey long years

DSP Approval pending, is the last stage and awaiting status for so many days, kindly approve/proceed for further processing level.

EMudhra charged me for the DSC 6 days ago, everything relating to KYC etc. was completed the same day, and it's still showing DSP approval pending 6 days later!

Ridiculous!!

They are a joke. Never eMudhra if you have an alternative.

I have been waiting for dsp approval[protected] since a day and there is no update. They claim to get it approved in 4 hours.

The DSP approval is pending for 1 month please resolve this asap

Since the inception of creation of Partner account, I am facing errors and technical issues from your technical team end in completing my KYC in the LOGIN ID:DASSMITA (REQUEST TO TRANSFER - ARUNBHALEKAR)

Since, E-Mudhra has now mandated KYC compliance, I am unable to Log-in and use my Product keys' balance.

To resolve the same, I have created one new Log-In for which I have completed KYC compliance (New LOG-IN ID is ARUNBHALEKAR ).

I know that there is a transfer of product keys' system on E-Mudhra account but due to problem in Log-in, I am unable to transfer the same.

Request you to transfer all the product keys' balance (8 Nos.) from 'DASSMITA' to 'ARUNBHALEKAR'.

The new account has been created from the e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and Mobile No. [protected] in the name of ARUN MARUTI BHALEKAR

PLEASE CONSIDER THE SAME TOP PRIORITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

I have ordered a digital tokens from Emudra. They say its delivered, but they haven't delivered the tocken. They are lying that I have collected it by sllf, but I was at a different place altogether at the time, they say when it was delivered.

How to resolve this fraud
