Dsp approval pending not processed!!

My DSP approval for application number 15334221, 15334220 has not been completed. It's been more than a week and it's still showing ' PENDING APPROVAL'. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest....

Haven't received Token

I have ordered a digital tokens from Emudra. They say its delivered, but they haven't delivered the tocken. They are lying that I have collected it by sllf, but I was at a different place altogether at the time, they say when it was delivered.

How to resolve this fraud...

Unable to download the certificate. receive the message that e-mudra application is not compatible to Mac.
Written 4 emails to the info address but no reply
Also, their help desk number is painful. One can keep waiting for 30 minutes as caller no 1, even at 9.30 AM
Horrible service...
