They claim to provide DSC within a day however my application is pending for DSP approval since 2 days. Can some one look into it and resolve asap? Enrollment number is 14136510

    I was told on call that the token has been dispatched and i will recieve it within 48hrs and its been more than that but still the token has not yet been dispatched. I also called emudhra and asked them and they said they will recert back and they opened a ticket for me whose number is 14095157. They haven’t gotten back and they don’t recieve any calls also now and alos their site is not working and there has been huge delays from their side. My tracking no is Blue Dart Courier No. [protected] which just shows online shipment booked from so many days. I still haven’t received any updates from them and no progress is there and my work is delayed. They are uselesss and my work is delayed. My invoice no is 29RT[protected]

            The website says 30 mins for DSC but it has been few hours and my application 13934452 is still pending for approval.

                                Sir,
                                I have applied for Digital signature and paid Rs. 2890/- via SBI netbanking.

                                The money is deducted and receipt is shown and the system shut down suddenly. I couldn't note down the application ID.

                                Please help me how to get the application ID...

                                      I got dispatch email from eMudhra for token delivery (by Blue Dart) date of 5th Jan 2020. The email that I received about this has proper address.
                                      But today is 8th January 2020 and I am still waiting for the token. I talked to customer care and the response is they have dispatched it from their side.

                                      When I checked with Bluedart for courier tracking number, the courier is in different city due to invalid Pin Code labelled on the package. My address and pin code that I received in dispatch information email are correct. But only pin code is wrong on package. How come that be ?

                                      Anyways, I need the token ASAP.
