Our dsc application is pending for ca verification since 16 days. We are not able to do anything without dsc. I am requesting you to please verified my application as much soon as possible. Done as priority basis.

16 days have passed but my application is not verified yet. I complained emudhra site many times but no action has been taken by emudhra team.

    Dear Consumer Forum, I have not come across a company which for its internal faults has wrongly accused customer of having complaints. But when customer has demanded who complained, they verbally call on record have admitted that it was their staffs error and no complaint exits. Thus after accusing customer wrongly they ve not tendered apology nor stated in written letter that no complain exits as stated verbally. There manager Ms Meena has taken time till Monday while floor manager Sachin was continously flawed in his defence

    Dear Consumer forum, Post your intimation of complain taken.Unfortunately contrary to their managers meenas admission. In their letter they ve threatened me for contacting you, or writing on their web pg or Twitter handle. This when they sent confirmation of doc check by ekyc successfully verified mail and text msg and form confirmation. Apart from delivering dsc before harassing and revoking stating complain but none to furnish https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhAtDyOBch8ZaTxa9oqAb87icFo the call on record having their admission. Attaching the threatening part, their ekyc docs successfully verified mail.and my open question against. Mail to your support nail given as well.

      This R. Tamijetchelvy, Assistant Professor in PERUNTHALAIVAR Kamarajar institute of Engineering and Technology, Karaikal. I applied DSC for our principal for institute AICTE Approval process. Applicant name:
      A. Kumar, application ID: 12141310 . I applied on 13.03.2021, still now I didn't receive the USB token. I communicated emudhra from 16.03.21. But I didn't get any positive reply from them. I had a call from blue dart courier service from chennai on 16.03.2021. They mentioned that in the name of A. Kumar and mobile no. [protected] the parcel received to Chennai, name and phone number is correct but address is wrong in that parcel. That parcel is wrongly delivered there. In that address there is no such person with that Mobile number. So the parcel left in courier office itself. That name and number is ours but address is wrong. I told everything to emudhra to redirect to correct address which I given in application. But still now there is no reply from emudhra Bangalore. I was totally disappointed. Is the receiver responsible for this one, I keep on trying from 16.03.21 but very upset. For us the online approval process closes on 22.03.2021. Because of this certificate delay, we couldn't process further. This is very urgent our college intake will lose, if I didn't get the certificate on Monday. All the things I have told to concern emudhra person. But they promised me, it will receive on 20.03.2021. But didn't get yet.

        we are facing lot of business issues due to this and Emudhra customer care always replied as it will be resolve within few hours.

          I was given dsc yesterday but unnecessarily harassed and received revocation message today at 12:37pm after missed call from shravanti at 12:34.On calling technical team is clueless and not applogetic except for admitting their internal mistake.

                I have applied for DSC(application id[protected] in 4 th february-2020.But till now I am not receiving my DSC.When I call customer care always said that this time DSC will approved within 2 hours.but after 2 hours it is rejected from CA.It continuous happen since last 15 days.my all work is pending due to DSC.please provide us my DSC as soon as possible.I loose my patience and my work is going to very critical position.

                  currently onhold and no interaction.
                  lately url provided for third time rejecting pan and want address proof. but the link says document already submitted

                  earlier now pan card was misplaced y indiapost and finally received and copy send alongside old pan card.
                  trade license send - tht is the only document for business
                  now cannot send IT return showing address - for address proof.

                  Itis so many days of confussion and no human interface. Also machine IVR response is terrible and human interface not receiving calls.
                  I want the full refund as i am facing lot of harassment and too much confussion and no communication. email response is hopeless.

                        Request to reject my document (Address Proof)

                        Pending CA approval for DSC

                        I have applied for a Class 3 Digital Certificate. The payment had been made on December 30th, 2020. Even though I received the pen drive, I had to navigate through lot of website issues. Finally, on 6th January 2021, I was able to complete the video recording.                         My application id 11375597. I paid full Amount on 9.12.2019. but till now I didn't receive my token..
                        The company said token send through bluedart courier but the bluedart courier lost my package . Emudhra have to resend my token I paid for that. Taken an action on bluedart courier company.
                        But now send my token for dsc. Emudhra is responsible for that.

                            Yesterday I filed the application for the same but same issue arrived. This is very annoying.
