      I have ordered DSC along with token from eMudhra website for macbook. They have clearly specified that token will work on macbook. They clearly know token is mainly used for GST, traces and MCA websites. These sites has specified that they support ePass2003, etoken, Safenet token. Even they know it and sent across Watchdata proxykey and made me to download dsc on that token. After wasting my time for many days, they agree that token will not work with mac os. Company is clearly cheating customers by sending wrong token which was promised.

      Company is cheating customers by passing wrong information to customers. I have created ticket on e-mudhra website with reference number : DELX-7564-DBDC-210628

          Hi,
          I was trying to purchase Individual certificate but post payment I received an invoice for Organization Certificate.
          I have raised incident LCHT-6125-VDVO-21062 to get support on issue related to User type changed to Organization post payment and seeking a resolution over email/ticket. I have tried to reach your customer service multiple times with no resolution and created a ticket with similar response . Could you please provide support and ensure ticket is closed until issue is resolved?

                Here I would like to mention that, there is a huge communication gap between technical team and accounting team. I made 2 payments on the same Day respectively for 2 different products details as below: Also posted the automated emails received after successful payment.

                Invoice No. 29RT21021715 which was the first purchase made by me of Rs.2742/- (including GST) with the help of your executive Mr. Abhishek and not used by us. But the product suggested was wrong for IEC code application because it required Class 3 Certificate. Later when I called to your customer care support team and spoke with Ms.Lekhana she suggested to purchase the class 3 product Invoice No. 29RT21021778 of Rs.3185/- (including GST). She told that they will hold token here and refund you the previous amount of Rs.2742/- back to your account within 5 working days.

                But only Rs.531/- was refunded to my account on 01/03/2021.

                Now the question is where is my balance amount of Rs.2211/-??

                They told me to share my bank statement, it was shared by me. Still they are sending me the same statement which I have already shared with them

                For their reference I sent them invoice copies of both the transaction made by us and also my bank statement.

                Ms.Lekhana. Mr.Manoj and Mr.Parth are aware about it, but why they are not taking any responsibility of this ?? They trying to hide their mistake and making, us fool. I trusted them, so I did another payment immediately on the same day.

                They are fraud don't trust them... your money is not going to get you back ... I'm doing follow up since February 2021... They are not bothered...

                          Dear Consumer Forum, I have not come across a company which for its internal faults has wrongly accused customer of having complaints. But when customer has demanded who complained, they verbally call on record have admitted that it was their staffs error and no complaint exits. Thus after accusing customer wrongly they ve not tendered apology nor stated in written letter that no complain exits as stated verbally. There manager Ms Meena has taken time till Monday while floor manager Sachin was continously flawed in his defence

                          Dear Consumer forum, Post your intimation of complain taken.Unfortunately contrary to their managers meenas admission. In their letter they ve threatened me for contacting you, or writing on their web pg or Twitter handle. This when they sent confirmation of doc check by ekyc successfully verified mail and text msg and form confirmation. Apart from delivering dsc before harassing and revoking stating complain but none to furnish https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhAtDyOBch8ZaTxa9oqAb87icFo the call on record having their admission. Attaching the threatening part, their ekyc docs successfully verified mail.and my open question against. Mail to your support nail given as well.

                            This R. Tamijetchelvy, Assistant Professor in PERUNTHALAIVAR Kamarajar institute of Engineering and Technology, Karaikal. I applied DSC for our principal for institute AICTE Approval process. Applicant name:
                            A. Kumar, application ID: 12141310 . I applied on 13.03.2021, still now I didn't receive the USB token. I communicated emudhra from 16.03.21. But I didn't get any positive reply from them. I had a call from blue dart courier service from chennai on 16.03.2021. They mentioned that in the name of A. Kumar and mobile no. [protected] the parcel received to Chennai, name and phone number is correct but address is wrong in that parcel. That parcel is wrongly delivered there. In that address there is no such person with that Mobile number. So the parcel left in courier office itself. That name and number is ours but address is wrong. I told everything to emudhra to redirect to correct address which I given in application. But still now there is no reply from emudhra Bangalore. I was totally disappointed. Is the receiver responsible for this one, I keep on trying from 16.03.21 but very upset. For us the online approval process closes on 22.03.2021. Because of this certificate delay, we couldn't process further. This is very urgent our college intake will lose, if I didn't get the certificate on Monday. All the things I have told to concern emudhra person. But they promised me, it will receive on 20.03.2021. But didn't get yet.

                                        lately url provided for third time rejecting pan and want address proof. but the link says document already submitted

                                        earlier now pan card was misplaced y indiapost and finally received and copy send alongside old pan card.
                                        trade license send - tht is the only document for business
                                        now cannot send IT return showing address - for address proof.

                                        Itis so many days of confussion and no human interface. Also machine IVR response is terrible and human interface not receiving calls.
                                        I want the full refund as i am facing lot of harassment and too much confussion and no communication. email response is hopeless.
