    Dsc provider with mobile number ([protected]) have not delivered promised dsc as i have paid ₹2000 to above number through phonepe
    As i asked for refund he is not responding to query

      I had applied for dsc along with usb token on 25th june 2020 and have clearly mentioned the address for delivery o[censored]sb token. But unfortunately your people dispatched the same to my registered address. Since 29th june i have been highlighting this issue to your customer care but it seem it is falling on deaf ears. I have been regularly mailing as well as calling customer care but it is of no use. Kindly request you to cancel this request and arrange for refund of the amount paid for dsc. Regret to inform that i am getting one of the worst services which i will raise it with mca along with all the proofs.

      Still no response not have not acted upon the complaint.
      Still awaiting response & action from eMudhara.

        Our dsc application is pending for ca verification since 8 days. We are not able to do anything without dsc. I am requesting you to please verified my application as much soon as possible. Done as priority basis.

          Hi, my dsc emudhra application no. And my application date is 5th of march 2019. My dsc is important for me to apply for e-tenders. Therefore i had applied dsc (Digital signature certificate) by completing all required formalities as well as payment through emudhradegital.com dated on 5.03.2019. But still this company's internal system is not giving me any clue to resolve my issue. Due to which i can't download my certificate. Please note, i had tried their customer support center and email id also. But no answer is received. They are telling that the video verification is pending, i ha tried video verification 1000 times its giving error. I had missed couple of tenders which was a loss to me, i am having tenders on wensdays, if i miss it the damages i wil claim from emudhra.

            Hi, my dsc emudhra application no.9933804 and my application date is 21st of may 2020. My dsc is important for me to complete my further legal activities related to mca and tax issues. Therefore i had applied dsc (Digital signature certificate) by completing all required formalities as well as payment through emudhradegital.com dated on 21.05.2020. But still this company's internal system is not dispatching my dsc token nor given me any clue to resolve my issue. Due to which i can't download my certificate. Please note, i had tried their customer support center and email id also. But no answer is received.

            Meanwhile i had a chat with this company's mumbai office personal who suggest me to pay extra rs.500 to him against the physical token after that he will going to arrange physical usb token of my name within 2 hr. But i didn't follow such unethical practice.

            Here i am concerned about my dsc. Therefore please help me to resolve this issue.

              Dear sir,

              We have received certificate from e mudhra for 2 year validity & our old certificate was expired on dec, 2019.
              I told me i have old certicate pandrive so kindly download in same pandrive
              When i download the certificate in my old pan drive he dint told me that please check your name to is same as old certificate so my new certificate is not valid as per the government website so that i ask for refund or re issue new certificate but he didnot reply any things so kindly do not issue any certificate from emudhra they are not good for services

              We are continuously trying to reach customer on their registered mobile number. unfortunately we are not getting proper response from customer end to close issue.

              As per our records customer has applied digital signature certificate in the name of "JIGNESHBHAI JESINGBHAI PATEL" with the application number 9923638, 9923637 and the same was downloaded on 19-May-2020 14:53.

              Application was filled by customer himself and the application was duly signed by applicant stating "The information provided in this form is true & correct to the best of my knowledge"

              Later on the same day customer has requested that the needs to download in different USB token. As per customer request we have reissued the certificate without any charges and the new application number WAS 9926739, 9926738.

              ON 20-May-2020 15:40 Customer has come back stating that the name provided in the application was incorrect and required certificate in the name of "PATEL JIGNESHBHAI J"

              Once the certificate is issued to the customer we would not be able to make any changes in the certificate.
              For any changes in the certificate once again customer has to undergo the KYC process.

              As the certificate is already issued and downloaded twice to the customer we would not be able to take the request for refund.

                    We purchased a digital signature certificate of emudhra whose serial number is spg2255708 back in september 2019. The dsc was not in use until it was made compulsory by government of rajasthan in jan 2020.
                    When we tried to use the dongle for the first time, it was asking for a pin.
                    We were told by the customer care officials constantly repeated that the pin is 12345678 but the pin attempts failed due to which now we are left with just 2 more attempts.

                    Now, as a consumer it was not our fault that the default user pin set by you is not working. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue otherwise we will have no other option but to opt for legal help via consumer court as we are facing heavy loss due to non use of dsc

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      My application id 8514675. (Emudra email sept. 19, 2019 1:28pm)
                      In that mail it was informed me that my certificate was approved. I was asked to download the certificate. I have given the price of the usb token also.in that mail there was no mention regarding the delivery of the token.
                      I repeatedly requested emudra to urgently deliver the usb token, because without usb token i cannot download the certificate.
                      In between, there were several mail communications from their end that the certificate has not been downloaded. They should know it well, that they have not delivered the certificate, without which it cannot be downloaded.
                      Previously i came to know from them through phone call, that on today (Monday) in the early forenoon, they are going to deliver the usb token to me. Also they informed me that their delivery person should have my registered phone number ([protected]) with him, and he will call me before delivery.
                      Now as i was not getting the delivery according to the expected time (I was waiting in my registered residence), i repeatedly made several phone call to them.in reply they told me that the delivery person attempted to deliver the usb, but my room was found locked. Strange!! I was and till time am in my residence - how he is unable to find me. So this statement is false. If he really came to my place, he could make a phone call to me.
                      Now when again i made a phone call to emudra, i came to know that the delivery man came on saturday (Not on today!!). Really a contradiction - you will appreciate. Again the same question. Even if he really came, why he did not make any phone call to me?
                      I have to file a patent through the digital signature of mine to e-patent filing gov. Of india. It is creating much difficulty to me.

                      This is really a very bad and miserable experience to me.

                        Had poor experience in buying dsc from them. Primarily had 2 issues

                        A) the software tool you use to download certificate (& save to usb token) works only in windows and not in mac (Or linux). I was not made aware of the same anywhere in the site or purchase process. Calling them is of no help, for i got the only advice to find another windows machine. (I work from home and i don't have array of laptops to switch around).

                        I wish they clearly communicated windows requirement and incompatibility with other os. I would have gone for a different vendor

                        B) i managed to install windows vm on mac (After long download time) and had the certificate successfully installed. Now back in my mac, i was asked to install certain drivers for the usb token (I bought usb token from emudra team), which i did. Post which, the driver tool was not able to detect my certificate.

                        Called their support, where instead of helping they suggested me to get my laptop checked in service center for port compatibility or use windows machine. I asked for replacement token (Of different make) but that was not honoured.

                        While they're only resellers of token, they should take responsibility to ensure customer can use it and if not for any reason, should have replacement/cancellation policy.

                        Had i purchased privately (Say in amazon.in) i had an option to return the product and get different one, however here i'm stuck

                        I wish they could improve their attitude towards customer (Our product is right, you are wrong).

                          I am unable to digitally sign on mponline.gov.in. It is asking me to select device type and select dll file. My etoken company is created by watchdata technologies. I need the correct dll file name to digitally sign. Hence kindly provide correct dll file mentioned from the below attachment or any other dll file from Sys32 folder. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                            Dear Team

                            To
                            emudhra.
                            Bangalore Office.

                            This is with reference to my grievance against emudra faced since February 2019, Since there is no response or action taken from your side.
                            Now which has lead me to escalate this issue further, if no action taken or my concern is not resolved i would proceed legally, which has lead me into financial losses & mental pressure.

                            Series of events listed below.

                            1. I have applied for digital signature online emudra on 11/02/2019 & amount of Rs 5251 was deducted from my account (Photos attached)
                            Application ID 7117190, My colleagues suggested that the amount for digital signature will be less & hence i have mailed to [protected]@emudra.com saying that to cancel my emudra application & refund my amount Rs 5251.

                            2. As suggested by your staff M/s Hemalatha Bangalore office who got connected via telephone call, I was informed that to apply again for digital signature again then the amount will be less. Then i have made another transaction on 12/02/2109 Application ID. 7121712, in which amount of Rs. 3833 has been deducted from my account.

                            3. On 14/02/2019 due to business limitation i was informed from my management that i dint have to apply for digital signature. I have mailed [protected]@emudra.com to cancel my transactions made on 12/02/2019.

                            4. I have recieved mail from Ms Hemalatha saying that it will take minimun 15 days for refund, meanwhile we have recieved a token from bangalore, we have have not used the token even once.

                            5. On march 12th i have recieved a mail from Hemalatha saying that to send back the token to the bangalore address.

                            6. We have sent the token to the mentioned address on 12th March via proffessional courier LR no. HSN4774772.

                            7. We have not recieved any response since then, we have also sent a reminder mail on 16th March followed by series of calls, but there is no response from any one.

                            I request the senior management to kindly involve & do the needful resolution at the earliest, I have suffered alot due to the negligence & irresponsbility of the staff which has prone me into financial & mental tensions.

Now with the digital signature placed on the applicaiton we are informed on "dsc jnlp" missing while the java latest versions were downloaded per instructions.                                 My application id is 7288909 and my i applied for it when my name on my pan card was different, then we put the application on hold in communication with emudhra executive mr. Hamson who mailed regarding the same and reference number of the documents sent to their office address was noted by him to hold but their back office has issued the dsc with an incorrect name.

                                  I have applied for a DSC in 14th Of January 2019, after 4-5 days of discussions (#794006). After making the payment on 14th, the team who requested (Ms. Hemalatha and Jugnoo Mishra) went silent till 18th February 2019 (for over a month). After raising multiple tickets (comms are #400716, #677508, #794070, #966244), finally they have asked to send the documents on email by Ms. Hemalatha and Jugnoo Mishra separately. I have sent the available documents and they have asked to send bank statement and bylaw copies, they are also sent. Then they have asked to send the documents together in one pdf. That also is send. Here comes the last shocker. One Ajeej Ahmadan mailed me to give my contact number and I replied. Of course in 5 min he calls back and asked all the documents all over agains. Hell is the interaction with them. When I asked him how many time I should send the documents, he cut the phone. Very pathetic service. Is there in this world to correct them. ???

                                  We are not able to participate in tenders because of the non-receipt of the DSC and perhaps they are least bothered. This is how they support Co-operative Societies registered under MoA, GoI.

                                  We have processed the application and the same is communicated to customer.
                                  It was communicated that the DSC is processed. The sheer omissions of concerned from emudra has caused irrecoverable and consequential losses to Caramco and no one is there to even patiently hear the same. Unless, someone realises the services they offer has a significant bearing on the care and time they spend on service requests, these type o[censored]npleasant situations will recur. But who cares ? Customer Satisfaction now remains a phrase to crack jokes by emudra and many other organisations.

                                    I have applied for pan card on 31 aug, 2018. And till now i have not got the pan card. And they have assigned me wrong acknowledgement number.                                       I submitted the application for obtaining digital signature on tuesday. All formalities including video verification, thru sms, submission of forms (Both physical and upload of scanned ones) have all been completed on wednesday itself. The local courier was sent on wednesday evening. Till now i have not got it. The courier guy was bluffing when he said that "delivery attempted - premises closed". None came yesterday since i checked the register with the watchman (Who maintains the same for any one coming in to the apartment has to enter their name/phone number and sign). Till now no one has come. I tried contacting various people in e-mudhra the standard answer is "sorry sir, we will look in to it". Everytime, some one will say they will call back, but neither they call back nor pick up the phone. Pathetic service.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        Im registration authority from emudhra...
                                        7th june we applied class 3 dsc combo in emudhra portal...in that time we applied organisation mode instead of individual so in my portal we rollback two dsc and checked the stock but didnt recieve so i tried reject one dsc but didnt recieve the stock so i suspend another dsc but didnt recieve the stock... So i put complaint on [protected]@emudhra.com and [protected]@emudra.com no response so we call to customer care no[protected]. They told there is no option for suspend or rejected dsc... For that i asked that is application fault for that we didnt suffer we didnt download or use that dsc so kindly give stock back nu... Customer not give same answer again and again and try to escape ask to main ra so... I make a conference with my main ra regarding this he also we dont have option to rollback the stock... One more customer also facing the issues... So i gave complaint nearly one month still no response from emudhra.. My customer lost big tender becoz of this isssue i cant able to give dsc at time i need big compensation for this above 50000...

                                        Today 8th june 2018 i spoke with customer care regarding this issues but i didn't get the solution.. They are saying same thing once reject or suspend not able to rollback... So need solution for this... Kindly support as soon as possible to rollback...
