I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent issues I am facing with your services. I have paid ₹1, 770 for the Class 3 - 2 Year DSC and ₹290 for the eSign subscription. Despite completing the payment process, I have been unable to download my DSC or use the eSign facility.

I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer care team through all available phone numbers, but unfortunately, I have not received...

I have subscription 3 years DSC and Encryption. Whereas the company is denying my services after 1 year. They are asking to pay more again for availing the services. I needed to seek a legal remedy for the denial of services after charging for 3 years....

I am perches dsc combo but not install my HYP 2003 USB THAN I THINK THIS IS NOT ASSIST ME PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY MY MOB: [protected]...

We have applied for 3 Organization Combo Certificate - Two Year wife invoice no 29RT23104543 dt.16/10/2023 for Rs.2207/- buit after 4 month we have not support for this dsc and by your staff so please refund us Rs.2207/- and interest Rs.100/- .

I do a Google Search for eMudhra eSign. One of the links is titled eSign Landing | eMudhra KYC enrolment. When I click on the link it takes me to a page with someone else's name. I have tried the Chat for more than half an hour and the support line twice for half an hour each time with no response. I am afraid that my Digital Signature has been compromised.
I do not want to give the hyperlink here respecting the other person's privacy...

The company has taken the money but has not given DSP approval making the DSC purchased from them unusable. The application ID is 16737489. Since sensitive documents needs to be signed, I do not understand why they delay the process from their end.

I have applied for DSC And complete all steps. But it's showing DSP approval awaiting from long time. Please approve my DSC as soon as possible

Dear madam/sir chandan sir forcefully and he was tell retes increased from yesterday so I have purchase 125 DSc certificates class 3 @ 2 years in Dec - 2022 @ Rs.208/- = Rs.26000/-
But Now the price of class 3 @ 2 years is Rs, 120/-*125 = Rs.15000/-
on 26th september 2023 i have 90 certificates balance but your system was reduced the quantity 36 certificates instead of 90 certificates due to price variation policy plz think once my side how survive with these problems.it is very huge difference Rs.11000/- which is unbearable from our end one more your system was reduced the quantity 36 certificates instead of 90 certificates due to price variation policy plz try to understand our journey is very long i kindly request to you plz adjust certificates to the difference amount as early as possible today our journey is not end we will continue our journey long years
so plz take favorable action on it

Digital Signature Certificate cannot be downloade in the token given to my address by eMudhra.
The approval application ID 16303***. The token password "1234****"
Althouth they are claiming through email that it has been downloaded.
This is affecting my career.

I have purchased DSC Certificate from eMudhra and that was approved by them on 11.09.23. (Approval No. 16303***) I was unable to download and was informed by them that new token has to be purchased. Accordingly I paid for the token and after few days I got it on 16.09.23. But according to their instruction, sent through their initial and subsequent mail and IVR call, I am unable to download the DSC in the token (which has to be downloaded within 30 days from the data of approval.
Today throught a reply to my mail the support eMudhre informed me that the DSC has already been downloaded. But neither I am seeing the DSC in my token nor the default password for the token given by them is accepted by their software.

They are providing different videos at different times for downloading through reply mails.

This huge trouble is not only wasting the time limit for downloading the DSC - as specified by them but also affecting my career.

I am an Associate Professor in Computer Science and Engineering Department, NIT Durgapur, W.B., INDIA.

Please solve this issue urgently

The final stage of emudhra DSC application has been stuck. DSP approval waiting is appearing in the page of application tracking. My application ID is 16260329. Kindly approve the dsp. worst service from emudhra limited.

Worst service by emudra... application done twice still showing pending status... Sales team / support team are worst... they says... they dont bothered to tell actual story and rules/process after getting DSC sold... Only one word.. you need to see the mail...After 2nd time applied, they says.. for every one query, you need to call us for support... like for getting e-mudra approval, call us if you are in urgency... After this process, again call us for DSP approval... its looking like we are begging to them after paying to them...

Even after begging, we are on mercy of LORD EMUDRA that somehow they approve... ..

Urgency means nothing for them...
Worst part, try for customer care, need atleast 20 min to get in touch with LORD EMUDRA CC TEAM...After connected, they say for every step approval, if you are in urgency then call CC team separately AFTER EACH STEP...

Hi,
I am Tathagata Paul from AXCON Design Consultancy having DSC Id’s 15802951 and 15802950 of Signature and Encryption. Due to some issues I had to delete the previous certificate I received from Emudhra and revoked for a new one on 3rd June 2023. I completed my verification action in the first week of June 2023 regarding the application for a new certificate.
However, I found that the verification of all actions has been completed from your side except one. The ‘DSP Approval’ is still on ‘Awaiting’ condition for the past 20 days. I have contacted customer care through calls and emails for multiple times, but the issue is not solved yet. The problem solving process of Emudhra is very slow and confusing.
Thus, I would appreciate it if you could properly understand and sincerely solve my issue as early as possible.

My DSC Application is pending with DSP APPROVAL LEVEL for many days. Kindly resolve this issue. I really need this urgently.

My DSC is pending and is not approved yet, it's showing pending from partner - DSP PENDING.
before applying your team always calls and tells you to take the same but after applying they don't support you, please approve it fast I need it immediately. Application number[protected]

My DSP approval is pending from past week. It is very urgent for me.
It is extremely important for me to get as soon as possible to apply for e-tender.
I have made the payment on 29th Sept and I was told within 2 days i will get my DSC with approval.
Please take this on priority and do the needful as soon as possible.

Emudhra advertises that it will issue DSC in 15 minutes but my DSC application. 14621127 Is showing DSP approval pending even after 2 days. It's very urgent and despite of sending mail reminder DSC not yet issued. Very bad service. Even the customer care number is not working. Very bad response. Atleast they can refund my amount.
