eMudhra Limited — urgent support required for dsc download and esign activation payment already made

I am writing to bring to your attention the persistent issues I am facing with your services. I have paid ₹1, 770 for the Class 3 - 2 Year DSC and ₹290 for the eSign subscription. Despite completing the payment process, I have been unable to download my DSC or use the eSign facility.

I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer care team through all available phone numbers, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or assistance.

This lack of support is extremely disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request you to:

Resolve the issue immediately and assist me over the phone,
OR

Initiate a full refund of the total amount paid.
