My DSP approval is pendig for appliocation no.13392721 from more than a month.please approve it

First contact time the executive told it's only half an hour process. He told ibwill get the DSC within half an hour.so I cut the contact from radhes solution and start the deal with e mudra:now it's already finished one day. Still showing 'pending'. Customer care respond is not good. Today no contact from any executive. I think the marketing team is good for catch the customers. But the service team support is very poor. Please do any immediate action. Because I need the signature on Monday use.
