Dear E-Mudhra Team,
Since the inception of creation of Partner account, I am facing errors and technical issues from your technical team end in completing my KYC in the LOGIN ID:DASSMITA (REQUEST TO TRANSFER - ARUNBHALEKAR)
Since, E-Mudhra has now mandated KYC compliance, I am unable to Log-in and use my Product keys' balance.
To resolve the same, I have created one new Log-In for which I have completed KYC compliance (New LOG-IN ID is ARUNBHALEKAR ).
I know that there is a transfer of product keys' system on E-Mudhra account but due to problem in Log-in, I am unable to transfer the same.
Request you to transfer all the product keys' balance (8 Nos.) from 'DASSMITA' to 'ARUNBHALEKAR'.
The new account has been created from the e-mail [protected]@gmail.com and Mobile No. [protected] in the name of ARUN MARUTI BHALEKAR
PLEASE CONSIDER THE SAME TOP PRIORITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.
