I have purchased a three-year Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) with Application ID 18481298. However, upon clicking the "Track and Expedite" icon in the email received from eMudhra, I am redirected to the login page. When I enter my mobile number and attempt to log in, the system prompts me to purchase a new DSC, instead of allowing me to track my existing application or download the certificate.

When we complained about DSC approval after payment (done 15 days before) they take their own time to respond. Irony, the support does not even read the email properly.
After payment and email with the invoice, the support person is sending a reply to apply for the DSC and make the payment.
This is pity of their poor training and focus with the client query.

I have Emudhra eSign account with user ID "smn1908" with mobile no. [protected]. I am continuously not able to login to this account and not able to eSign on GeM portal. The message "something went wrong" gets displayed. Due due this urgent signing of contracts on GeM portal is held up. Please arrange sort out this issue at the earliest....

Before 8.1.21 onwards i requested to reject my wrongly uploaded address proof document. But till they do nothing. When i daily 2 to 3 times contact customer care department they said that the backend person will done it within 1 to 2 hours. I have applied for a Class 3 Digital Certificate. The payment had been made on December 30th, 2020. Even though I received the pen drive, I had to navigate through lot of website issues. Finally, on 6th January 2021, I was able to complete the video recording. Then call me multiple time before taking payment, now they are not receiving my call, not replying on mail

I applied for a digital signature (Dsc) on 05/01/2019 and i entered wrong pan no in the application form. However the application was approved by emudra and i downloaded the dsc.
I want to know whether the verification is really done. If not then what is the point of taking approval from e mudra.

E mudra is equally responsible for the fault....

E-Mudhra from 3i Infotech Consumer Services Ltd

I have registered for e-mudhra digital signature certificate and later withdrawn from that due to some personal reasons. At the time of registration, I have paid Rs. 367/- through credit card payment. After the cancellation of this subscription, I have asked for refund, and after lot of follow-ups, vanaja from 3i-infotech(e-mudhra) contacted me asking for a screenshot of payment....
