DSC token not delivered

I ordered a DSC token from E-Mudhra on 24th of February and was told that I will be receiving it in 1 business day but it was not delivered already 1 week passed when I contacted their chat support I was given a "Delhivery Consigment number :[protected]https://www.delhivery.com/tracking) but when I checked it was sent to an address in Coimbatore and I stay in Pune which is no way near to where I live. Then I asked them to escalate and...

Please verify my document properly, without proper verification, time to time your verification team keeping the application in objection, when the application no.17231605 is approved by the same documents & ither application also approved by the same BORD OF RESOLUTION.

But the said application bearing No.17260078 is not approved .So please verify the attached documents & approve at the earliest

    Approval Process and Customer Support is too slow to respond

    When we complained about DSC approval after payment (done 15 days before) they take their own time to respond. Irony, the support does not even read the email properly.
    After payment and email with the invoice, the support person is sending a reply to apply for the DSC and make the payment.
    This is pity of their poor training and focus with the client query.
    While we send the documents, the support team does not even...

    With reference to the above subject, i am the existing customer of Emudra, I took the Digital signature token from you in October 2022 fo the tenure of 02 years, which will end in october 2024, but now when i am trying to sign, it is alerting as expired on 03/03/2024, As informed by your customer care i took new tohen HYP2003 and trying to install or download since yesterday, but no one is guiding correctly nor cooperating.Hence request you to resolve my issue at the earliest

      DSP approval pending for a long time

      My DSC application is pending with DSP Approval for many hours. Please resolve this issue. I really need it urgently as it is emergency.

      Address: Netaji Subhas Road, P. H. E. River Side Complex, Berhampore, Murshidabad, 742101.

      Yesterday I paid Rs 4153.00 for renewal of DSC on 22/02/24 vide transaction ID [protected] paid with phonepe (copy attached) through WhatsApp. But no application ID have yet received. Also nobody reply me in WhatsApp now. The validity will expire on 25.02.24. So please arrange to renew the DSC at the earliest.

                I applied for DSC on EMudhra on 17th dec 2023 and everything relating to KYC was completed the same day, and it's still showing DSP approval pending! Please help!

                    CHANDAN SIR FORCED TO ME PRICES ARE INCREASED FROM NEXT DAY SO I have purchase 125 DSc certificates class 3 @ 2 years in Dec - 2022 @ Rs.208/- = Rs.26000/-
                    But Now the price of class 3 @ 2 years is Rs, 120/-*125 = Rs.15000/-
                    on 26th september 2023 i have 90 certificates balance but your system was reduced the quantity 36 certificates instead of 90 certificates due to price variation policy plz think once my side how survive with these problems.

                    it is very huge difference Rs.11000/- which is unbearable from our end one more your system was reduced the quantity 36 certificates instead of 90 certificates due to price variation policy

                    plz try to understand our journey is very long i kindly request to you plz adjust certificates to the difference amount as early as possible

                    today our journey is not end we will continue our journey long years

                    so plz take favorable action on it

                          EMudhra charged me for the DSC 6 days ago, everything relating to KYC etc. was completed the same day, and it's still showing DSP approval pending 6 days later!

                          Ridiculous!!

                          They are a joke. Never eMudhra if you have an alternative.
