[Resolved]  Encore Digitech Pvt. Ltd — Payable amount not refund

Respected Sir, My self Mr.Debasish Karmakar Berhampore, West Bengal, District of Murshidabad. Authorized Agent of IRCTC. (indian railway catering and tourism corporation ) Authorized IRCTC ID : Tems62 dated 22/08/2015. Unfortunately, I would like to inform you as a Complaint against Mr Sanjoy Das, (Provide IRCTC Agent ID )Development Head of West bengal, Encore Digitech Pvt. Ltd., 03, Cannal Strieet, Lokenath Apartment(1st Floor) Kolkata – 700014, Contact No – [protected] / [protected]. I had been Contact with Mr. Sanjoy Das few month ago for Authorized Agency of Indian Railway and he informed me that, Rs.15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand)Only to be deposited for taking I.D. of Rail, obviously that amount not will be refundable, whereas, first time will be deposited Rs. 3000/-(three thousand)Only after that remaining balance to be deposited. So I have already deposited Rs. 3000/- Only as a first installment through ITZ IMPS under UTR No - PMGW[protected] ENCORE DIGITECH PVT LTD A/c No - [protected] IFSC Code : HDFC0000382 Bank Name : HDFC BANK G.C. Avenue without any document. Thereafter just after a day I had received a Mail from the office of the Encore Digitech Pvt. Ltd Corp Office(branch office) that an offer launched if you paid Rs. 6000/- only within this month, you will get I.D. of Rail Then and there I was contact with Sanjoy Das regarding in the aforesaid offer, but Mr Das ignore the matter and told me that if you taking from me you will paid Rs. 15000/- only Otherwise not. Therefore, I contacted with the Corp Office, Team Associates, 14, Ram Sita Ghat Street, Asha Apt, (Ground floor), P.O. Bhadrakali, Uttarpara, Dist : Hooghly 712232, to Mousumi Kundu(branch office) Mob.No - [protected] / [protected]. She advised me in details’ and I have deposited Rs. 3000/- only as first installment with essential document’s. Just after a month I have received my I.D. and my business works is continuously running at present smoothly on basis of the I.D. However I have trying to contact with Mr Sanjoy Das frequently for intimation to him that I have received my I.D. No – Tems62 from Corp Office but sri Sanjoy Das ignore to received my phone no. then I contacted with Mr. Das form another mobile phone and requested him to refund my money of Rs. 3000/- as soon as possible. He denied to refund my money shown without any reason, also he threatened that your ID will be blocked from this end if you trying to refund the money over telephone frequently further. In view of the above, I, therefore, earnestly request you to kindly arrange refund my money Rs. 3000/- Only as per norms. I hope, you will look after the matter sympathetically as soon as possible.
