Encroachment — Construction on common land

Dear Sir/Madam I would like to bring in you notice that in my neighbourhood there is a empty area where the children of our street used to play. But now a powerful family of my area is encroaching / constructing that area illegally. So you are requested to save the land so that our children could play as usual. mentioning below the address which is illegaly placed on that land.
